A little expensive for a light replacement, but the service was amazing and Rodney was awesome and definitely worth 5 stars! Because of the service, I’ll definitely use them again 😊

Excellent service and on time.

Very prompt--you get a mobile text in advance. The link provides the name and photo of the technician. Loy was WONDERFUL!! I would ask for him again. He installed 2 ceiling fans and 2 double switches. He work was perfection and he finished in much less time than I had anticipated.

Devin arrived on time. He was very friendly and professional. He helped me order the proper replacement light tubes from Home Depot and he went to get them. Had the work done quickly. Understood my need to recycle and helped me get things sorted out. Will be happy to have him back for other projects.

For just a change of a ceiling fan they quoted me $1300 to $600 for all kinds of other stuff, with the minimum of $300 to change the switch! I almost threw him out. Would never recommend this company.

Timely and responsive to situation

I had 2 electrician companies that were recommeded by HomeAdvisors; Mister Sparky was the first to give me a call. I spoke with Stephanie R. (Customer Service Rep.) and she was very friendly and helpful. She was straight forward with me about the cost of the electrician coming out just for a estimate. We set a date for the electrician (Rodney J.) to come out to do the est. for the job which was to bring up to code the electrical meter and fuse box. He arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He was able to help me with my insurance claim; my home owners insurance covered the work because it all had to be brought up to code. He was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. He explained all the process and the cost of the project. Rodney and I set a date for the work to be done. The date arrived and he hadn't showed up at the time we agreed. I called and spoke with Stephanie R. again because I was concerned that something had gone wrong. She checked for me and let me know that he had been called out on an emergercy and that Kyle, another electrician, would be coming out within the hour. Not even five minutes had passed and there was a knock on the door. When I opened the door it was Rodney J. and I was so happy it was him I hugged him out of instinst. He apologized for the delay and told me that Kyle would be helping him. These two guys are AMAZING!!! They knew their stuff and had the job completed in 5 hours. They had all the tools they needed with them and they cleaned up EVERYTHING when they were done. I would totally recommend Mister Sparky and their employees to anyone. They treat you like family and make you feel like you are important to them. You can tell they are honest by their actions. I couldn't be more happy with the work or the employees kindness and concerns. Thank you Mister Sparky for hiring such wonderful caring people. Shannon T. Garland, TX.
