The rep was very professional and competent. The price was, I thought, expensive. The company policy, apparently, required the rep to try and upsell me on services I didn't ask for and didn't want. The inspection and upsell part took about an hour and may be responsible for a segment of the cost. The actual work appears to be competently done and as I said, the rep was courteous and professional.

Great experience with Mister Sparky. Van, the electrician, was right on time and did a great job hanging a new chandelier. He also gave me a breakdown on other projects, including one I requested. He was very friendly and professional. The company was great about keeping me informed on the ETA. I'll hire again for future projects.

Mister Sparky is very professional. They sent an electrician promptly between the time frame the appointment was scheduled for. The job entailed installing a ceiling fan. The fan was assembled and promptly installed. The electrician was very courteous. The only thing reason I did not give a full 5 stars is because I did not get a receipt for my payment for the work that was done. I paid in full but have no receipt to show.
