Mike's Gutter Guys

It went very well. I contacted Miguel. Easy to get an appointment with him. I contacted two other businesses in addition to him. He was open to coming out and talking with me about some concerns I had about my gutters and what he would do when replacing them. Miguel is a very kind and conscientious man. I really appreciated him coming out and working with me. I've had problems with other businesses because I live in a townhouse which means the job is not big enough for them to consider. This was not the case with Miguel. He was professional and easy to deal with. Plus, he didn't try to break the bank. As a woman, it's important the business owners and workers are professional and open to my needs, opinions, and questions. When Miguel came out to my home and I spoke with him, I knew before he left that he was the one I wanted to do the job. The new gutters looked great. Miguel explained how he placed them on my house and what materials he used to make sure they would not leak or suffer workmanship issues. He's a good guy and I would recommend him and hire again.

Miguel did everything I asked. He was on-time, did what I asked, and no up-charging. He even took the time to determine the exact matching color. It was a pleasure to do business with him and I would DEFINITELY hire him again.

we had one issue, they ran out of material on the very last run. When this occurred I thought oh great, they had already told be they were booked solid the next week. I was ready for the I'm sorry but! I did not get it, I was apologized to and told they would br back Monday morning to finish they job and the new jobs would have to be pushed back. I can not say more to recommend these guys then this, I was treated as a valued customer not one that they already had and they did not need to satisfy. Great customer care!
