The work is meticulous, and the service has been 100% reliable. Shawn constantly seeks feedback, and adjusts accordingly. She has taken the initiative to try different products and techniques to improve on what I thought could not be improved upon. I am totally sold on Shawn's service. She pays attention to every detail: the stainless fridge is polished, the furniture is thoroughly dusted, including the niches and hidden spaces behind the electronics and books. Bathrooms and floors are spotless. Shawn is responsive to requests about which cleaning products to use. She also pays attention to easily overlooked details like A/C vents and returns. Her reliability is impeccable: In four years, she rescheduled one time, and alerted me ahead of time if there was a shift in the regular schedule, which is rare. And best of all, when Shawn leaves your home, it feels like home!
