+ -1 moreCancelled the service appointment due to a no show, no contact and rude phone etiquette.
Description of Work: I had an appointment to have a 3 HP relay replaced in my Jandy exterior control panel. When the time arrived there was no contact and I finally was patched through to the service tech he said his was full and could not make it that day. Their service office department was not answering calls for the afternoon. I left a voice mail cancelling the service call. I hired "Select Pool Services" instead and their price, as well as their customer service approach was a HUGE improvement.

+ -1 moreThey were very helpful, and very fair on price. The Office staff at the Plano location is beyond accommodating. Will be sure to call if i need anything bigger repaired too

Description of Work: Manatron is the authorized service provider for Jacuzzi. We needed our 8 year old jetted tub repaired. Jacuzzi no longer makes parts for it. Manatron said they might have parts in stock. We never heard from them, again. The small fee we paid was for an assessment...no work was ever done.

+ -1 moreWas worth the troubleshooting but I don't understand why they didn't replace the pilot element. It was obvious that they wanted the $2800 sale.
Description of Work: Diagnosed pilot element rusting issue. Suggested a new $2800 pool heater. I repaired unit by replacing the pilot element for $89.
