Description of Work: We purchased a kitchen dishwasher from Lowe's Home Improvement.

Description of Work: Update: People on the floor are super helpful, Fridays, Saturday and Sundays especially, can't say enough about them when I shop there on those days I'm amazed at their service. NONE of those people work on Monday nights! If you know what you need or if you don't want to be bothered and just want to mull around and work on some ideas, Monday night is the night. ___________________________________________older review .... Kind of torn on this one...? People on the floor are super friendly and VERY helpful. I always see them going from customer to customer asking if they need help. Front cash registers are always well maned and people are very friendly. Over the last two months I've spent nearly 4,000.00 in there, washer, dryer, fridge, water heater and the last piece to the puzzle was a pedestal for the dryer. 200 bucks, came in a box that was taped back together, first red flag, my fault for accepting it. 2nd red flag was no instructions in the box, figured out how the bolts and leg locking pieces worked. So the dryer is now sitting on the pedestal, noticed the back is bent, notice there are chips and notches out of the front drawer. Figured out they sold me a washer pedestal that had actually been installed in someone's house, has water drips on it, chips an nicks, but now it's bolted to the bottom of my dryer. Took pictures, went back to Lowes customer service dept and told them the situation produced the pictures. Long story short, they'll knock 10% off. Sleeping on it but I may just have them come take all their stuff back.
