 + -1 moreBack in April when my home was hit by a tornado I was told to have all my furniture moved out ASAP. I called up some of these guys I've seen on billboards with catchy names, but they were pricey (and I only got to talk to a "sales person"). I found Lone Star Moving in the yellow pages, the owner Ronaldo was very kind and came out to give a free estimate on the move. The following day he had 5 people including himself come out to clean, wrap, and pack dishes/furniture/accessories (even disassembled furniture items that needed to be). They took it all to the storage where it was neatly placed. When my home repairs were complete this past month I called Ronaldo again for cleaning and moving services. Again him and his crew were very professional, they made sure we were happy with the end result. From hanging up blinds, installing appliances back, and re-assembling furniture they did everything with a smile! They were not satisfied until we were!
Description of Work: This was for my tornado/storm ravaged home...- Cleaned furniture, dirty dishes, appliances and accessories- Disassembled any furniture or appliances that could be compacted- Plastic wrapped all furniture and appliances- Dishes and accessories were bubble wrapped and boxed carefully- All items were stored in storage 2nd time:- All times above brought back from storage to my home- PLUS they cleaned, assembled, and re-arranged furniture the next day if the original setup was not to my (or my wife's) satisfaction

 + -1 moreThey did a terrible job I was missing thing's when they finished the move. When they took the refrigerator out they broke the ice maker.
