Brandon Brock, Project Manager, Linear Roofing General Contractors, LLC, provided excellent service and oversight on repairs after hail damage to my home. He was well-organized and thorough. He kept me well-informed of the process. He began with a comprehensive inspection and presented an estimate for repair of all damages: roofing, gutters, window screens, and fence. I was offered an upgrade in roofing material, but no pressure. Brandon monitored the insurance company inspection and adjuster’s communications. He was on-site on while roof was removed and replaced. He advocated for me to assure that I was pleased with the job. Rain gutters, window screens, fence re-stain – all top-notch. Brandon will do what it takes to see the job done right and the customer happy.

It went well. roof looks good. Didn't have one of my solar vent's holes cut large enough talked with Paul Mcbride . They fixed problem before they left. Clean up was good. Excellent job.

Hired Linear Roofing for a roof and gutter replacement project. Very regret. Low quality of roof work and does not honor promises. The project lasts 3+ month, there are still plenty of work unfinished. (1) Flashing sealant damaged in installation, pending repair; (2) Gutter screen installed but not completed; (3) Concrete crack filling not completed; (4) Ventilation cap replacement not honored; (5) About 10 feet ridge mistakenly installed single layer, use excuse on storm damage, pending repair. (6) Abnormal shingle lifted up, promise will lay down in a few weeks, but after 3 months doesn't change much. (7) Copper piece edge sealant not completed. (8) Other small issues on the roof or gutter. The project manager from Linear Roofing is supposed the guarantee the quality and scope of the work for you, however instead, they stand against you only focusing upon how to do less so getting more into pocket. Not sure how many customer with less knowledge and/or checking capability would sacrifice the quality and scope.

Started off great. Amazing sales pitch about being family owned and very protective of your property. We wanted the work done after Christmas. They insisted before 2020 ended. They promised to reinstall our Christmas lights. After 1 weeks and 2 days before Christmas, I had to to take a day off work and reinstall everything because there were no light contractors available. They promised to reimburse me but it’s Feb 2021 and they are avoiding us. They destroyed $4000 in new landscaping and yet have reimbursed us. They destroyed a $6000 solid wood garage door and yet have we been reimbursed. They leaked oil all over the driveway which we finally got removed. Tore up our new rain gutters which they took responsibility for. I was promised the owner would come to my house to review everything and he has never called me or showed up at our house. The roofers threw their chicken bones in my yard after lunch. They never moved back any of our patio furniture. A bunch of sales reps from the gym business who constantly give you the run around. My only option is to contact a lawyer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Multiple friends of mine recommended Zach and Linear Roofing to me, and now I clearly see why he was so highly recommended. Zach has been working tirelessly with me for over a year. I have never seen a roofer who is as accessible and patient as he is. I have no reservation when it comes to recommending Zach and Linear Roofing.

I originally received an estimates from 2 other roofers which only addressed my roof. Then Tom Drake of Linear Roofing and General Contractors showed up. Tom did an inspection of not only my roof but my complete property and found quite a few other areas of damage. He provided a revised estimate and the necessary documentation to Nationwide but because Nationwide’s initial inspection of my property was rather limited like the other roofers; they denied Tom’s revised/expanded estimate. However; Tom was diligent and supportive in dealing with Nationwide and assured me that everything would be OK. Dealing with the insurance company is a daunting experience to say the least but with Tom ‘on myside’ he helped me through the complete settlement process. I ended up receiving a settlement that was significantly more than the original estimate allowing for more repairs to my property. I have nothing but praise for Tom Drake of Linear Roofing and his selected sub-contractors. They use top rated materials, were all professional, punctual and cleaned up the property after all stages of the work. You cannot go wrong with Tom and Linear Roofing and General Contractors.

I will say I did get the roof replaced and the crew did a great job. However in the process I was promised much more that I discovered was simply to get my check for the roof. Once that was handed over I did not see them again, not even to give me a receipt or warranty. Being a single mother, I was relieved when they came in and told me there was more damage and they would help me with the insurance company to get enough to pay the roof and extra but when the roof money came in they took the check and never finished working with my insurance company on the other items. I feel completely taken advantage of; stuck in the middle of making claims with my insurance company that I have no contractor to help me back up and given them a check for more than I would have paid to anyone on a roof and no warranty or invoice to even show what I paid. Just beware in fast talking.

Zach and his team were great. They were professional and knowledgeable. They kept us informed during the process. They came out to meet the insurance inspector. Zach personally inspected all of the work once completed to ensure we were happy. He also did a final sweep for nails to catch any the roofing crew might have missed. It was a great experience.

Linear Roofing is very professional and customer focused. Would highly recommend! Todd our project manager was very knowledgeable about insurance claims and worked with our claims person the whole project. We were able to upgrade to carriage garage doors and high profile HIP ridge shingles within our budgeted insurance claim. House looks better now than before damage.
