+ -1 moreHad an open case with GAF using Kidd Roofing since Sept 2023. They pulled one of two shingles necessary for warranty assessment, however they still haven't come back out to pull the other shingle so they can be forwarded to GAF. After multiple phone calls and emails reminding them, they are now ducking the calls. Have to restart the warranty process since the time is about to expire! I recommend to look for another GAF Master Elite roofer!
