Description of Work: We had the siding on our home replaced by Jon Wright Industries. Everything about the process from sales to final inspection was professional, courteous, and friendly. The quality of the work was superb. This company deserves its high rating on Angie's List.

Description of Work: They may do beautiful work, but after a very prompt visit to assess the job, I have been waiting 3 weeks for them to get back to me with an estimate. I have contacted them twice, first time I was told they were still working on pricing some supplies. The second time I called ( a week later),I was told the person working on my estimate was working at home that day, but would be contacting me. I really don't feel I can put my faith in a contractor that takes this long just to give me an estimate.

Description of Work: There was a little confusion on when the job was to be performed-they actually showed up a day early!! We were able to adjust our schedule so it turned out OK. Job was done very well!!

Description of Work: I live in a 10 year old 3 story townhouse in Dallas and required an inspection of my roof to check for leaks, damage, and make any needed repairs. I contacted four of the top listings on Angie's List, who either failed to return my calls or told me they didn't work on my type of residence. When I spoke with the folks at "Jon Wright Roofing, Siding, Windows", they were not only eager to help me out but immediately scheduled an inspection. Mr. Jon Wright and an associate inspected my roof, and identified needed repair work. By that afternoon, I received a detailed invoice with a fair cost estimate outlining needed repairs including reflashing, caulking pipe collars and counterflashings, repairing minor roof damage and performing other minor maintenance. I approved the proposal, and the repair work was promptly scheduled and performed by a highly qualified technician, after which it inspected by Mr. Wright. I couldn't be more happy with the services rendered, and the friendly, efficient, can-do attitude of this company. I would highly recommend Jon Wright Roofing as a top-notch company to turn to for any roofing needs!!

Description of Work: The work was completed as promised and at the agreed price. Work was excellent and would certainly use them again. Cost was about 12/15 thousand and completed as promised. Job was two or three years ago and was complete roof replacement. Very professional.

Description of Work: After the major hail storm swept through Dallas in the Spring, we suffered major roof damage. After consulting several contractors, we decided to go with Jon Wright Roofing. From the beginning, Rob walked us through each step of the process (we are new homeowners, so we did not know how insurance claims work.) He also worked directly with our insurance company, and insisted that they "re-assess" their original quote. They ended up agreeing with Rob's assessment, and increased our claim. The work itself was scheduled and completed fairly smoothly. We are happy with the results, and our new roof looks much nicer than our previous one, even before the storms. We also had Jon Wright re-route some gutters that have been on our to-do list for a while (which we paid out of pocket for). We thought the quote was fair and the work was completed to our satisfaction. The total cost was in line with the other contractors' estimates. We may. Have some additional home improvement projects coming up over the next few months, and we plan on contacting Rob at Jon Wright since we we so happy with our roof.

Description of Work: Although I spoke with Mr. Wright, and was assured that he would get an estimate to me, he and his first representative did not. Thinking this an oversight, I spoke with his receptionist about this, and she sent a second representative out to look the job over. Again, no followup on a bid for my small roof job. The operative word here is probably "small". I can only surmise that this job did not interest this company, hence the total lack of communication. I don't mind if this was the case, I just wish they had been honest with me up front.
