house cleaning

Description of Work: Jackie came to our house and looked at what we wanted (normal cleaning) and gave us a price for cleaning twice a month. She was very nice and agreed to set up a schedule when she got home and what days she had available. My wife is on oxygen 100% of the time and cannot physically clean our 1800 square feet house. Jackie called later in the day and said she had to much work and would not be able to work for us. She could have told us that during her interview. Why did she agree to visit us and give a price? Very bad business ethics.

house cleaning, floor cleaning
+ 0 moreI love Jackie! We had a terrible experience with the last people we had hired so needless to say I was a little leery about trusting and letting ANYONE into my house again. I checked around and found Jackie through some neighbors for whom she had worked for years. They had nothing but good things to say so I decided to meet with her. I interviewed her extensively, went over everything, telling her what I needed and expected and she told me what she does, how she does it and I decided to give her a try. For starters, I had a great initial feeling about her. She's extremely friendly, warm, eager to please and is a super hard-worker and, most importantly as honest as they get. She is great to work with and has always been able to accomodate my ever-changing schedule. We have her clean for us 2 times per month and we have a large house. She is very reasonable and does a terrific job. If I ever need anything special done, I leave her a note and she always does it.
Description of Work: General housecleaning, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, dusting, vacuuming, sheets changed, counters cleaned, mirrors, floors mopped, etc. She has two contact numbers (972) 237-2531 and (214) 762-6155 which is a cell phone.
