IVAN'S APPLIANCE SVC

When Dwayne arrived, he immediately assessed the situation and let me know that we needed a new panel. He ordered this and it was available the next day. However, he did further research and determined that the panel display might be fixed by replacing with a much less expensive fuse. He arrived the next day and the fuse worked. Each time he was only at the house for about 15 minutes and the display was fixed in less than 24 hours.

It went excellent...We had a little trouble getting to the back of the freezer but it was great after that!

It was okay. Its a company that has been in business for a long time in Irving and its run by a woman. She comes out and fixes appliances.

Replaced the damper on our GE refrigerator. Actually this is the third time that we have used Ivan's Appliance Service. Just have not given a review before. Ivan's is always prompt, HONEST, professional and friendly. I have passed business cards out to friends and family. Will definitely keep using them.

They came out in a couple of days and gave us an estimate and then we never heard from them again. It turns out our dryer really wasn't that broken, so I am not that concerned about it. Their quote was lower than the official dryer service was at. I would give them a B, since they never called back. Of course I am telling you second hand, because my husband never said if I had to call them and give them the go ahead or not. I might get a quote from them again, but I would also call somebody else.

She is very friendly, down to earth, and prompt as well.
