They did a horrible job. Whoever they subcontratced out did a horrible job. They had to put in the countertops 3 times because they are so poorly done. They had to do the back splash twice. It was a week's worth of work that took 8 weeks of people coming back and forth and having to redo the countertops and the back splash and taking so much of my time. It was absolutely horrible. I will never use them for anything again. They lied to me. They made it sound like it was them. They have this great team that come in. They are my team. They do an awesome job. They subcontract everything out. I was totally misled. I hate them over the whole thing. It is still not done. I haven't heard back from them. I've contacted them and haven't heard back from them. It is just a joke. I figured we had to pay premium to get them to do it and do it right. It is just horrible.

They were good, not perfect, but good.

They came out with the price and I think their price is too high for me but they are friendly.

Their price was higher than what I wanted to go with. The fellow that came out was very personable. He was a good salesman. I just loved him when he came out. He was very professional.

They explained exactly what they were going to do and offered some suggestions that I hadn't thought about. They included the changes in the original price with their suggestions so we could make a decision. They were clean and quiet. They did a great job.

The final price was $5600. They were overall really great. I had a few minor issues. When they put in the heating unit, they banged the wall on the other side in the hallway. So, that caused a minor damage there. When they were walking in the attic putting in the duct work, they stepped on a vent fan, but they got another one and replaced it. It was kind of old. So, I didn't know if they could find a replacement for it, but they did find it and put in a new vent fan. They took care of the minor things. They were overall really good considering the amount of work they did. These were subcontractors from Home Depot and I was working with them. They were very good. Home Depot called me to follow up and that was impressive. They followed up to see if the subcontractors had done a good job. I told them that they were really good. I was pleased with the product. They ultimately corrected the things that bothered me. It was beyond what I would have expected from most contractors as per my past experience.

I upgraded the shower doors and tile for this price. Statewide Remodeling was the subcontractor on this job for Home Depot. I'm still waiting for the glass to be installed for the shower enclosure, but everything has gone okay so far.

Home Depot has not yet completed the project but the contract has been signed. Home Depot was able to help us with some challenges we had in our designing.

He was very, very good, on time and professional. He was good at what he did and had to redo the door jam and there was no problem whatsoever. He was a little late.

This company gets high marks from us in every category. The installer was clean, professional, and prompt. He was also very neat and left no mess whatsoever. Their price was also the best we found. We think very highly of this company and do recommend them to friends.

I had a nice experience with a very helpful salesman the first day I went to look over washers and dryers. Then I purchased a washer and dryer set the second day I visited the store. The salesman split my purchase into two separate orders so that the item available first would be delivered as soon as it was ready rather than waiting for the second item to be ready. However, whereas the salesman told me that I would receive a gift card and delivery rebate for each purchase, Home Depot's rebate center rejected the gift card and delivery rebate for the second item saying that I could only receive one of each per household. I had to email and call several times and finally speak with a manager to receive the 2nd gift card and delivery rebate. That was an unnecessary inconvenience, and adding to the inconvenience was very limited hours for calling about rebates (10 AM-4 PM only) and very impersonal rejection communications. Next time I would not allow the salesman to split my order.
