Henry's Service All

Excellent! I would hire again in a minute!

We have used Henry's Service All in the past, and now we have just had them out again for our latest repairs and projects. Everything went well, and we are once again pleased with the outcome. This time, they replaced lights inside our home, including some entry lights, the kitchen lights, a couple of ceiling fans and a small chandelier. For one of the ceiling fans, they were able to install a ceiling support and a new switch to control the fan and light instead of having to pull on the chains every time (due to the fact there had been no ceiling fan there previously). We also requested some plumbing repairs, and they were able to do those on the same day as the lighting. These repairs included unclogging some drains and fixing a couple of sink stoppers, as well as a leaking faucet and running toilet. These seem like small issues, but for those of us who can't really do these types of repairs and replacements ourselves, we are thankful for Henry's and their expertise. Last but not least, we added a request to have them install a set of curtains for one of our rooms, and they made sure we were happy with the placement and final look once they were done. For our projects, we had purchased all the lighting, ceiling fans, and the curtain rod and curtains; they did all the work of installing our stuff. For the plumbing issues and the one ceiling fan support and switch, they were able to bring the parts and the cost was included in our project bill, which made it easier for us. Overall, it was fairly labor-intensive list of things, but we knew it would be, and it was worth the cost in the end.

We have used Henry's Service All for a couple of things over the past few months - both went extremely well, and we are very pleased with the service. We needed a new valve for a water heater, and they replaced it quickly and efficiently for us. Since we had no warm water, they were able to work us in and get it fixed asap. They also flushed both water heaters, and everything is working great again. We were so happy with their work, we added an annual checkup service for the water heaters. Another time, our garbage disposal wore out, and we needed a new one. We opted for an upgrade, and they came and installed it and made sure everything was working once again. Both times, they were very courteous and cleaned up after each project. They were professional and knowledgeable about each issue, and we appreciated having experts take care of our plumbing needs. We will be using them again for some upcoming plumbing projects, and we also have some new lighting that they will help us with too. Would recommend this company to anyone who has repairs or remodels going on at their homes that they can't complete themselves. It's nice to have someone to rely on!

Both times I have called they have been out the very same day. The gentleman who worked on the pipe in the cold was nice and had even took pictures on his phone so I could see what he was doing. He also put all of my plants right back where they were prior to him working. When he came into the house he sat on his knees as to not get any dirt in my home. He was very polite to work with.

I have been using Henry's for many years for my electrical, plumbing and HVAC services, not only at my home, but at rental properties. Vickie in the office is always very professional and quickly sets up whatever service is needed. The Techs are competent and complete services in a timely manner. They are not the cheapest around, but I do not have an issue with that because I have always been satisfied,

I talked to Henry on 12/16/13 to schedule the appointment. I received a price quote of (labor only as I already had the faucets) $100 per faucet plus a total of $70 for parts. I told Henry I had a $400 budget that I need to stick to. On 12/17/13, a worker arrived and we reviewed the work to be done. We discussed budget (he had already been informed that I had a $400 budget) and agreed that he would replace the hall bath faucet first to see how long it would take and we would adjust from there if needed. He stated that we would likely hit $400 because the hoses needed were $16 and 6 were needed; I said that would be fine, I just couldn't go over that. In about 10 minutes he informed me that they had some other parts that could be used that should save time/money and that someone was bringing them to him. The second person arrived on site about 30 minutes later; he never introduced himself but started working. Later the second worker (who turned out to be Henry) informed me that I was going to need to replace my hot water heater soon; I told him it would have to wait and reiterated that I was on a budget. About an hour later the two cleaned up the work site and the first worker departed. Henry then proceeded to tally my bill which came up to $677... SEVENTY PERCENT OVER THE AGREED TO BUDGET. When I complained about the lack of communication on the blown budget he said the $400 was an estimate; I told him it was my budget and he knew that. I told him that had they communicated I could have made decisions about how to handle the situation (all the faucets didn't HAVE to be replaced all at once!) but that it was inappropriate for them to overshoot the budget without talking to me. After pitching a fit, Henry offered to remove the faucets! He did offer to set up a payment plan for me, but that doesn't negate the fact that he overran the budget without communicating with me. I reluctantly paid the total (Christmas plans now shot!!) and told him I will not call them ever again.

The owner and another plumber arrived on time and repaired leak in furnace gas line. They then checked for leaks in all reachable gas connections in the house. They followed up by disconnecting the gas meter outside, hooking up a gauge, and running a pressure test on the whole house gas system. There were no other leaks. Henry's does plumbing, heat and air and electrical service. I was pleased with the service and would use them again.

They did a really good job and were reasonably priced.

Arrived on-time. Realized they were missing a part but they had one worker stay behind and work on other tasks while the other went and got the part (took only 20 minutes to get). Overall work was done relatively quickly and very professionally. I would use them again.

They replaced the water heater the same day that we ordered it, were nice, polite, efficient, and left the area in perfect condition. We could not have asked for better service.

Two men arrived at my house in two trucks. Apparently, one of them had finished a nearby job and had nothing better to do. The young man who said he was there to inspect my furnace (I had just bought the house and it needed to be lit, as well) him and hawed around the furnace for awhile flashing his light. It quickly became apparent that I knew as much about gas furnaces as he did. He didn't know how to light the furnace or how to tell me to go about doing it. Since the other man was there I told him about the toilet problem and set him to work on it. I was charged $100 to fix the toilet and about $50 to inspect the furnace. A week later, the handle and float assembly in the toilet tank fell apart and I had to flush the tank by hand until I really fixed the problem. It wasn't a terrible experience, but I have no confidence in their workmen.

The technician who came to do my annual heater cleaning was on time - even early - and was friendly and quick.

He is very reliable on time, reasonably priced, professional, does high quality work.
