Great service! They were very responsive, called me about my appointment and rescheduled when I could make it And got rid of the problem. They ever sealed the next door neighbor since it’s a duplex because they wanted to make sure the whole dwelling didn’t have an issue. ????

Great service! They took time to discuss all the details and explain everything about the service before an appointment was even scheduled. Everyone I have talked to and worked with has been fantastic! Always on time, reasonable price and tremendous customer service. When I thought I may have a new problem the were back out in 48 hours to investigate which turned out to be something else completely. Highly recommend this company.

Super pleasant and efficient.

They were much more knowledgeable than another company I had do previous work. Good communication, easy scheduling, and fair pricing.

They first feed the rodents in the attic for a couple of weeks, allowing them to eat and carry the poison out on their fur. Very interesting. Once they know the rodents are gone, they repair the holes on the roof and install metal along the eaves to keep the critters out.

They missed the "window" of opportunity to capture the (7)skunks at time of called. However, they have been responsive when traps have been set and skunks captured; (1)-skunk at a time. To date, (2) have been captured. (5) still at large. Waiting to see final outcome.

It took a few trips but our rodent problem is no more. They took care of the rats in the attic. And rather than charge us more for eliminating the ones that remained outside our home, they told us how to do it ourselves and saved us money. It worked.
