Criminally incompetent and dishonest. The monthly service was routinely late and incompetent for over a year, and I kept using them only because there were constant heart-rending excuses (family, medical, economic) and the young pool guy they used for routine maintenance was getting more competent over time. But the repairs (and they attempted multiple high dollar repairs) were never completed satisfactorily, with major mistakes ranging from the wrong size grids put into my filter upon filter cleaning, to repeated work on the wrong pipe valves. I even strongly suspect them of breaking pipes to have excuses for constant repairs. Of course they charged me time and materials not only for their initial screwed up work but also the incompetent work trying unsuccessfully to fix their initial screw ups. The explanations I received were routinely nonsensical and illogical, revealing the technicians (one of whom, Jonathan, is an owner of the company) to be simply stupid. The company wouldn't exist except for his wife, Jamie, who somehow keeps customers juggled and hoping for competence despite the clear incompetence of the workers. To add insult to injury, and the dishonesty they regularly displayed over the more than a year I used them, they played the despicable game of keeping the amount they had billed me in advance despite my giving them a courtesy notice of termination. In other words, this is an example of all the dishonest and incapable service providers offering nothing more than a rip-off: avoid like the plague!

They were very nice. They were very timely. They were very agreeable. It was a warranty. They were good.

We had trouble throughout our experience with this company with the pool cleaner showing up when he was supposed to. It was rare to get anyone to answer the business line when we'd call to complain - almost always got voice mail and then would have to play phone tag with the owner. Usually the owner would send someone else out on a different day when this problem occurred. A new pool cleaner was eventually assigned after a number of similar complaints, but then the new pool cleaner didn't show up as scheduled and my pool turned green. When I called to complain, the owner insisted he'd been there according to her GPS records and that my pool had been cleaned (it clearly hadn't, and I work from home so I would have known if he'd been there). When I pointed out that we had taped a note to the pool equipment and that the note was still there, untouched, she suggested that perhaps the pool cleaner had gone to the wrong house & cleaned our neighbor's pool by mistake. Either way, that experience was enough for us to end the relationship. I am not in the habit of providing negative reviews, but I would not recommend this provider.
