pool cleaners
+ -1 more.Bottom line is we are looking for a new pool service. I would not recommend this company. They are not timely, responsive, or professional.
Description of Work: We have been using DJ's pool service for a couple of years now and have been unhappy for a while but this latest encounter take the prize. Several times the person has put the flyer on our door that the pool has been cleaned. I work from home so I could clearly see that the pool had not been services. Three weeks ago our AC REPAIRMAN mentioned there was a problem with the pool pump leaking water and that we should have our pool person look into it. The pool person had been to our house the day before and mentioned nothing about the water coming from the pump. Long story short three weeks later after repeated attempts to contact him, our pool is green, the leak is not fixed, and he dropped us from his service because he did not have time for an $85 dollar repair. Poor communication and completely unprofessional approach to this situation.

+ -1 moreHe s really nice and polite. All they guys wear the same shirt and pants. The days vary. They are polite and I m really happy with them. He replaced the rubber around the edge of my pool. He was cheaper than the other guy. He is really nice.
Description of Work: I use him for pool service. It s a small operation and he comes once a week.
