We sent an email for an estimate and MR. Randy Moore at randy@cornerstonehomeimprovement.org and he never responded. After talking to him once we decided to call him since he never reponded to my email, his response was he deleted the email since he thought it was spam. We finally met at the place we needed painted and other work done to get an estimate. He told me he had a job he needed to take care of first since the person he was working for was a regular customer of his and we understood. After we both decided on the day to start the project at our place he never called to confirm when the time came close to the start date so I called and left him several messages, my husband also called and left messages and we never got a return call. He never called us back to say, I am busy or I have decided not to take the job after all, no call was ever returned. I believe he was very unprofessonal on his part to not even call and say he could not handle the job after all. When a business person does not return calls or answer his phone is very unprofessional on his part.
