Description of Work: It was a very frustrating experience. The owner was very responsive initially and showed up on time for the initial consultation. On the day of my first service, I called when they didn’t show up. I was told the truck had technical issues, but they would be out “first thing in the am.” However, when they didn’t show up in the morning I called and texted a few times only to experience radio silence. Needless to say, I will not be hiring as I need someone dependable who will at least call me if problems come up
