I requested a quote and within 10-15 minutes, Mr. Burris was calling me back to schedule a time and then two days later the tree was down, the stump grinded, and the debris cleared away. It was quick, clean, and cost efficient.

Smoothly and quickly. Being within 10' of the house, the tree needed to be dismantled branch by branch and then in sections until the trunk was short enough to be dropped on the lawn. Dangerous work expertly done. Everything was cut up, chipped and hauled away. Cleanup was meticulous and thorough. Very satisfied with the job.

He took time to explain what he was going to be done (depth of grind, chasing feeder roots, etc.) then got right to work. Very happy with responsiveness, delivery, and price.

The work was excellent, efficient, professional and very reasonably priced. From my initial contact, they gave me an estimate the next day and performed the work two days later (delayed by rain). They arrived on time and went right to work. The partially fallen tree was not in an easily accessible site - on a 45 degree slope down to a creek bed. The crew of 5 was able to complete the job within a few hours, including chipping the limbs and small trunk pieces. They hauled that away and then hauled away the large trunk pieces. The cleanup afterwards was excellent. I obtained bids from Burris and two other tree service companies listed on Angie's List. I don't think it's fair to disclose pricing, but the cost was one-half the next lowest bid and only a little more than one-third the highest bid. I was completely satisfied and would hire Burris again,

EXCELLENT SERVICE! It only took 24 hours from the time of my request into Angie's List until the tree was removed, hauled off and paid. You would hardly know the tree was ever there. Be sure to add Burris Tree service to your list of people you call when you need them.

We hired Donnie's crew about 3 months ago to remove some trees. Our experience then was excellent, and our experience last week was excellent. They were super reasonable and very efficient. I trust Donnie and will use them once again!

Donnie was fast and efficient. Easiest service we've ever scheduled. He was friendly, personable and very reasonable when it came to price.

Donnie and his crew of five came in as scheduled early morning and worked through till 6 PM to finish the job. I appreciated that the crew worked continuously and did a good job. I hope they liked my small token of appreciation for working through the heat, with a water melon and a cold six pack at the end of the day. Donnie personally used the machine to grind the root. The crew left me the some firewood, used the chipper to clear out the rest and hauled away the trunk and large limbs. They cleared the debris and left the yard and the driveway clean. Later I found that Donnie had missed some root stubs left over under the accumulated dirt. I called him and he came back with his machine and finished it promptly. Left me a pile of mulch which came in handy for the shrub and flower beds at my neighbor's and my home. All in all I am satisfied with the quality of work from Burris Tree Service even though he did not agree to give me the Angie's List or the senior discount.

They arrived on time and started to work immediately. Trees removed quickly, efficiently and most important safely. This property is scheduled for house demolition, but many of the trees bordered closely the lot next door with a newly built house on it. They took care, successfully, to make sure that nothing touched that house. The owners are thrilled to have more light and contracted Burris while there to trim their oak tree. The entire crew was hardworking and very polite and crew foreman Erik was on top of everything. Donny Burris stopped by during and at completion to check on the work and run through his high expectations on job completion with me. Everything was completed as contracted and cleaned up perfectly. The crew arrived early. Got right to work. Tree was down and stump was ground up. They hauled off all debris and pilled on curb for bulk trash. He was very knowledgeable of the city and trash pick up regulations. Hard working crew.

Donnie came out and estimated the work. He and his crew arrived the next day and chainsawing began. The guys clearly know what they're doing, and a task that I expected to take all day took less than half. They carried everything out to the curb, even raking up the small stuff.
