Service was fantastic! Donnie quickly provided a reasonable estimate of the work and was able to stop by with a crew within a week. In fact, he even followed up with the city to confirm haul away, which saved some money, always a welcome surprise! Donnie also provided before and after photos which was an added bonus. Grateful to have a contractor who shows up on time, stays within budget, is easily reached (phone or text) and follows-up on the work. I'm more than happy to recommend him to others and will use his services again.

I am very impressed by the level of service and the price. I requested a quote through the Angie's List website. Mr. Donnie Burris responded promptly. He checked with me to clarify the scope of the work. A short while later, I had a great priced quote in hand. When I notified him that we were ready to go forward with the job, he was ready to go. He checked with me about my availability and setup a time for the work the same day. There wasn't a long lead time. Mr. Burris and his crew arrived on time at my residence. When Mr. Burris and his crew arrived, they quickly got to work. After trimming one of the four trees, they showed me what they had done. I was delighted. They had removed branches that were up against my house and the fence. They also cleared out the dead branches and thinned and shaped the tree. They went ahead and finished the other trees to the same level as the first. Those trees were a mess, and they shaped them up. They also did a wonderful job with the cleanup. They took all the trimmings away. They also cleared the yard of any debris. I was also impressed with how courteous they were. They were very polite and straightforward. I highly recommend Burris Tree Service.

The team did a great job. There were over 12 trees that were trimmed and one tree removed and stump was grounded. They took care and made sure nothing was damaged particularly with the large limbs. Cleanup was great.

Very well. Tree base was not secure and leaning into neighbor's yard. Donny and his crew did an excellent job; no damage done to fence or yard. They also cut up the tree in small pieces so yard service would pick it up on garbage day.

All trees trimmed satisfactorily. Tree was removed and stump ground out. They trimmed tall bushes on both sides of the house for another $100. Price was better than I've had in the past from others and extra work was done. Branches left for city of Grapevine bulk trash, so savings there.

They thoroughly inspected our property and gave us recommendations and very reasonable quotes.? Great service!! I had a huge tree that i had wanted removed for a long time. My husband contacted Donnie to see about getting it removed. After he spoke with my husband he spoke with me as well to answer any questions I had. Called the day before to let me know when they would be there. Then he called when I got home and had time to look everything over to make sure it was done the way we wanted. He sent pics of the job during different stages. They took great care to not damage the new fence I just had installed. They did a great job I would hire them again!

I purchased the 4 men for 4 hours deal. Donnie called me the following day and arranged for Erik to come out to view the property and what work I wanted done. After discussing it with Erik, I arranged a date and time with Donnie. Erik and crew were right on time and wasted no time getting to work. They worked without break for the entire four hours and the job they did was terrific and the clean up was the icing on the cake. They did a great job cleaning up all of the debris from the trees. They even cleaned the debris from a recent storm off our roof and cleaned out the gutters. I have other work to be done and will definitely be calling them back to do it. Thank you Donnie and Erik. This was the second time Donnie and Erik were out to do work. We had 2 trees growing too close to the back corner of the house which were completely blocking sunlight from a section of the yard. We also had a trees in the back corner of the lot which was very close to the fence and growing at an angle. The crew showed up and got straight to work. These guys work hard and work continuously. There is no loafing at all. Not only did that take down the 3 trees and grind those stumps, but Donnie also did 2 stumps left from trees we had taken out in a previous year by somebody who forgot to mention he didn't grind stumps until after the work was done. THANK YOU DONNIE! Donnie and Erik will definitely be back whenever I need tree service work performed.

Donnie promptly scheduled a time to come and look at our lot. He made sure he understood what we wanted and made some very helpful suggestions. He stayed in contact regarding scheduling since we had some rain that week, and he made sure the work was done within our preferred timeframe. His crew was very professional. They did a great job and left the area looking neat and tidy when they were through. Donnie even followed up with the city several times when they did not show up to pick up the debris on the scheduled day. Donnie and his crew did a great job and I will definitely call/recommend him in the future. I left a message Friday night and Donnie called back that night to arrange a time to give a free estimate. He came Sunday afternoon on time as promised. We had planned to have him do the work Tuesday, but with a week of rain coming, he got our yard done earlier on Monday. They hauled everything away and raked the yard clean.

Donnie was very responsive - he is done before another service I called ahs responded. Donnie was very responsive and knew what needed to be done. I gave them guidance and they did exactly what was requested. He even called the city to find out what the rules were for curbside pickup of the trimmings. Finally, they raked the yard to get even the smallest twigs and left the yard in better shape than it had been when they got here.

I called Donnie and told him the situation. I met his representative and we went over the options. I had planned on just butchering the tree but he gave me some good ideas on how to trim the tree. I talked to Donnie and he gave me ways of saving money by doing the work on a certain day for buld curb pick-up rather than charging me to haul it off. They came out the next week and did the job. It looked great! Great job for a great price. Very nice people
