I actually was at work when the work was done and completed. I had a friend check it and he sent me pictures of the finished work. The pictures looked good, but when I got home and saw the work, I was very, very pleased. In fact, there are other areas that need the same on the back of my house and I will certainly contact them to complete that job. I was very, very satisfied with the work, especially since although I was not even home, the workers still did an excellent job and did not leave a mess.

Inspector had concerns about the brick inside the attic but Brick Restoration said it was not an issue. I hope they were right. Completed the job they were hired for. We should have gotten a few more estimates as we are now finding out that we paid double what our neighbors did for the same work.

Good workers did a good job. I was able to communicate with the supervisor well.

Due to insurance company I was on a tight schedule. They went above and beyond to insure it all was completed quickly and did a great job.

The front man will promise to do every thing you want. you have to stay on the work crew to do everything because of poor communication between the front man and the work crew. The workmanship is good.

I am very pleased with their work .... they did a terrific job, were very professional and the job site was spectacular when they left. I can highly recommend this company with no absolutely reservations.

Overall great experience from day 1 and they completely "erased" the cracks from all over my 1959 house. Very pleased.

This business does great brick repair work. The administrative execution (email, call returns, quotes etc.) is slow, typical of small businesses. End of the day, the brick repair work is excellent.

Hired BRI to replace a metal mailbox insert in a brick mailbox stand. BRI was able to take care of the job without having to remove any bricks and did so at a much more reasonable price than I'd been quoted by others. They were able to get to me in about a week and a half, which I consider good given how busy it is this time of year. They were very courteous, the job was first rate and they cleaned up the area nicely. Very happy with my new mailbox.
