They arrived on time ,listened to my concerns and hooked up several systems.

I have a lot of things needed done but never received a call, he didn't move tables or anything that I thought he would do, it took them of three weeks to get off here they're very nice, very cordial, but for getting any remedy or getting anything done, I didn't get anything for my 99$.

They showed up on time and were completely knowledgeable and professional. Ordered with a coupon for two hours of service and they stayed for three - gladly paid the $250 for the additional hour. Techs were friendly and efficient - I highly recommend this service!

They were prompt and came up with a great plan for A/V at our house. My budget allowed for one service to be purchased through a Big Deal. At first the cords weren't hidden and it looked a bit messy. After I asked to have the cords hidden it looks perfect. They were nice guys and easy to communicate my needs with my limited A/V knowledge. I really appreciated their suggestions on which cable service to use to help reduce the amounts of cords seen.

Incredibly knowledgable and committed to doing it right. Even though they left me with complete instructions I decided to let them hook me up with a universal remote. Took him about 45 min. These guys are great!!!!

Came to my house on schedule and discussed the work to be done. After a week, I had not recieved an estimate from them. When I called them, they seemed to have no record of having come over and were trying to recall which place it was. They said they would track it down. No response for another week. I called a second time, and the they said they would get back to me. Never heard back. I am surprised they have got such good reviews. Total lack of customer services and professionalism.

The original 99.00 was paid as a gift for someone to have a flat screen tv mounted. We thought he had a mount at the house. Moving forward, there was no mount and Big D stated they were out of them due to the business of the season. They stated they would have to return to finish the job. Had them return, purchased mount and 2 HDMI cables at $2.00/ft. The job was finished but it cost approximately $400.00 additional. I was disappointed that they could not have deducted the original $99.00 from the return job but I am satisfied with the end result

They were very good in all they did.... They explained to me all I needed to know to work all t.v. remotes. I will have them back to install everything in our future game room. I know it will be done right!!!

.Adjusted my projector picture onto my screen and resolution and adjusted my sound. They noticed that my speakers where hooked up wrong and corrected it. They corrected my picture that was being projected on the screen and the resolution and color and image. They were not suppose to arrive until the end of this month but they had a call in my area and they called me to find out if I would be available and I was. I was very happen with the results. Will use them again in the future

I reached out to Big D via email asking for a time estimate and how much it would cost me if it went beyond 2 hours. I did give them the heads up that its a new house and all the rooms that need to be worked on are already pre-wired. I would be purchasing the equipment and I only need their assistance in installing the in-ceiling speakers and connecting them to the receiver. Hector from Big D replied back telling me there was no way they could tell me if it will take them an additional 2 hours or 6 hours over the 2 hours I had purchased through Angie's. They agreed to come down from $125 to $100/hr for any additional hour they worked and I was willing to pay them for an additional 2 hours - but as a consumer, having someone start a job not knowing how much I have to pay them IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Also, I made some more calls and guys came back to me with the precise amount of time and how much it would cost me.

This company promised to mount and wire two flat panel televisions, and it was explained that wall mount kits and wire strips would be needed, and I agreed to pay for them. The company called me the day of the scheduled install, and began changing the agreement, saying it would be much more expensive, that they did not and would not bring the wire strip mounts, etc. I told them to forget it, and will be requesting that they credit/refund the charges for this Angie's Deal, which have already been charged to me.

they checked out the system and tuned the surround sound and helped install a digital converter on a new bathroom TV. Asked for speaker quote and never received.

I want to thank Hector Sr and Jr for their knowledge and professionalism in removing my existing wall mounted TV and replacing it with a new one I had bought. When I saw the deal I called them to ensure that the work I needed done fell under the deal on Angie's list. They confirmed it did. They called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. They were prompt and on time. The job went extremely smoothly. They ran into a couple of minor glitches but resolved them quickly. They even picked up the packing material/cardboard that held the TV in the box and put it back in the box for me. Before they left we turned on the TV to ensure it was working properly. It did! I am very pleased with their services and expertise, and would recommend them without hesitation.

You never see a mounted TV with wires hanging down – everybody is going to want to have the wires hidden. The details of the deal kind of misleading – everyone would want to have the wires hidden, which is an added $85. That makes the deal $184.00. It just seems like this detail is to make up the difference in the price cut.

The installation was done professionally and well within the 2hr service call.

I reached out to Big D Audio/Video to mount the flat screen TV over the fire place. Hector Salazar, the project manager responded quickly and set up the time to come over and do the job. Hector and his team were on time and did the mounting of the TV in a very professional manner. I would definitely hire them for my next projects.

The gentlemen were knowledgable, fast and courteous. Thought creatively and detailed. Willing to explain features of the systems.

Running late which was a little frustrating but did a good job hooking all up and explaining it. I would use them again.

He kept rescheduling times for the work to be done.

Big D Audio Viedo were great. I got the Groupon deal price for flat screen mounting and thought the price was really good for what I wanted. They answered all my questions on the phone before making appointment and called several times to check with me before their arrival. Polite and pretty fast. However after the install my husband wasn't happy with placement of TV ( we have a small space so every inch counts!) so I call them back. Big D not only came back out to make the adjustment, one of the owners came also to make sure I was happy. They didn't charge me more and made me feel like it was important that I was happy. And I am - so much that I am going to have them do my ceiling speakers next. I totally recommend them, good customer service.

I bought a Big Deal for this company. I provided a couple of dates and a description of the work. They called the next day and scheduled a visit for 9 am. The day before, Hector called to clarify that the work I needed would exceed the Big Deal. I agreed. Mike arrived promptly at 9. He and an assistant worked steadily until 2 pm. I haven't tried everything, but they were very professional, communicated well, were detail oriented, and were conscientious. Mike charged $125/hr; his assistant $75/hr.

Big D was very prompt and courteous they even worked with my schedule to get it all installed before I had to go out of town. They provided 3 techs instead of 2 and finished before the estimated time due to running across a small issue. I will be doing business with Big D for any future I jobs.
