 + 0 moreJack Schmidt with Benchmark Services is truly an expert. I do not think there is anything he cannot fix or install. I bought a 1953 house that was about to be demolished. It is well over 4000 square feet. Jack was able to completely install a brand new air conditioning system. Below is a testimonial that I wrote for him. It is the end of July, and I just got my electric bill of $261.02. My house is over 4000 square feet with at least 7 people living in it, it is all electric, and I have multiple appliances running at all times. I have to thank you very much for all the honest and hard work you put into my home. Normally my electric bills would have been at least double this amount. I was very nervous about the electric cost when I decided to purchase this 1953 home and I can t thank you enough for all the recommendations and all the work you did to get my electric bill to this low level. It is with great pleasure, that I can recommend my clients to you.
Description of Work: Complete overhaul of a 1953 home. Removal of 2 very old systems, which weighed several thousand pounds and involved removing walls and a circuit breaker box. Installation of 2 New 4 ton systems that operate on special 3 phase electrical system. Redo of all ductwork.
