Never shown up, rescheduled twice. No communication until we call and ask for status. They give standard answer saying technician had a emergency for anything. Never relay on them and stay away and look for some one else. Don't understand why angies is promoting this trash companies.

They came the same day even tho I told them it was no hurry. Very professional, knowledgeable & cleaned up their work area. They know their stuff & I would feel comfortable w/any job they do. I was just disappointed w/the cost of $200 on a weekday, during work hours & nonemergency to basically change a lightbulb that I couldn’t reach. Their fee schedule is just higher than others. I get it in this economy but a retiree on a fixed income, I found it high.

The work was done in a timely manner, and the price was reasonable.

They advised us to not repair the fridge because the repairs on our fairly new fridge would be unreliable. They inspected thoroughly and arrived promptly. We found them trustworthy and skilled.

they were not on original list from Angie's list but form a text received later. they were the first to respond and came very quickly, before I received the responses from the other 2 companies. Knew his subject and gave good advice.

repair was satisfactory. Tech arrived 2 hrs late but explained that he had trouble getting part due to limited admittance at parts store due to corona virus crowd procedure. I didn't think about it at the time but I also was not offered the senior or veterans discount.

I requested a microwave inspection and also provided my model# details to American Air told them very clearly that my microwave will need a hinge replacement as it is not shutting down. They send the technician who just came and searched for the hinge online and was not able to get it and advised me to replace the microwave. Why did the technician not do an online search since I provided my microwave model#. I am extremely dissatisfied and want full refund back from American Air.

I called Sunday afternoon, they showed up Monday morning on time. Reasonable service charge and very professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Joe came out the day of. He was polite, efficient, and helpful. He explained what he was doing and why. I will be using him from here on out!

The dishwasher was inspected and attempted to repair. Overall the dishwasher could not be fixed and will need to be fully replaced.

It could not have gone better! They were able to come out quickly, identify the problem, get the part, and fixed it the next morning at 8:30 AM. They were knowledgeable about Sub Zero, very professional, and explained everything well. I will use them again next time.

Very responsive. First called American Air Customs in 2010 when AC in one area of house went out. Had recently replaced the coil for another unit in house. Thought another one had failed. They quickly diagnosed a loose wire as the cause....not another coil. 3 years later, they were my first call. Out the next day and replaced within a week. The day after their visit, our 3rd and final unit started blowing hot air. Thought we were going to have to replace another coil. Called them on Friday and Greg got on the phone with me. Quickly found out it was the breaker on the side of the house and we were back in business. The reason we use American Air-Customs goes beyond the great work they do, it is all about trust in a business where the customer many times can be taken advantage of. Thank you Greg!!

Dan was the technician and owner of the company. He fixed a leak I had in my air conditioner drain line. He responded quickly to my call. He told me over the phone what information he needed. I send him a photo of the problem area. He located the part. He called back and give he a quote. And the rest is history. He came to my apartment in a timely manner, fixed the problem and that was it. Very efficient

Had not used this company before, got their name from the manufacturer's website. They did not try to up-sell a higher priced unit. Quick to respond to phone calls and emails.

Our A/C had not been working well. The serviceman showed me how to tell when it is low on coolant (which it was) and added coolant. Our unit was also very dirty (we have lots of cottonwood trees in the area), and he cleaned it. Unit worked much better afterwards.

I have used them at least 5 times and have always been extremely happy. I called them on July 29 with the original problem. They came out same day, within 2 hours (a weekday). Cleaned the condenser coils and charged me $75.00. Very polite and professional. The problem remained. I called them on Aug. 31, another weekday. They came out within 4 hours and replaced the condenser. They only charged me for the condenser, no labor charge, since they had been out previously. I can't downgrade them for missing the problem the first time because they were so friendly and professional plus they initiated the no labor charge on Aug. 31. I did not have to complain or ask for it.

They are the type of people that will not overprice a job if it is just a little problem. I trusted them enough to know when it was time to purchase a new system. They are excellent and I would recommend them very highly! I once used another company that told me that I needed a whole new coil. American Air came in and found that all I needed was a screw replaced! They approach their business with integrity and great service. When I was debating over which type of system I wanted to have installed, he told me that the one that cost less was not a lesser quality. I appreciated that he was honest and gave me the better value.

I had never replaced it and they came out and explained what we would need to have replaced and what was still functional. They respond in a very timely manner. They were very nice.
