They were very professional, nice and also felt that we might get back to them. They had an inspection done and we called them to check on if there was any change to the level of water under the brick, they said they'll have a look at it and that impressed us a lot. It was very nice of them to say that they'll come back and look as we never told them that we decided to wait until the pre work is done.

I used this company two years ago and thought they were excellent. At that time they installed 4 helical piers under a slab addition and I have had no problems whatsoever with that work. I have had some additional problems arise since the heavy springtime rains and had them come back out to take a look as we plan to put the house up for sale next spring. After a full inspection, including going underneath the house, the net result was that I have one pier that has sunk and slight heaving of a grade beam. The only reccomended fix was to shim the one pier but the rep advised me that the cost would be well below their minimum charge to send out a crew. The rep even offered to come to my home after ours one evening (at no charge!) to help me shim the pier. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, provided good advice, were punctual and professional. These are good people in an industry not known for good people.

A crew of about six people showed up to install eight concrete piers underneath the garage and two root barriers. The foreman was nice and informed us on what was going on all the time. We had not issues with the work that they performed. They had a Structural Engineer evaluate the house prior to work to evaluate our foundation. All-Pro also provided a discount on the water and sewage pipes plumber inspection after they completed their work. Overall we have been satisfied with the work that was performed.

major foundation problems. Got multiple estimates. They were all over the board. Most of the salesmen were hard sell. Tony Cooper came to my home and told me what the problems were and what they were not. He shot me straight - based upon the other companies. All Pro was was the only company that offered different options - types of repair. The other companies all tried to sell me on their "kind of repair". Because of the value of my home and my plan to stay, I selected All Pro. They were in and out in one day and you could not even tell that they were here - except for the fact that my doors would open and close again. To Tony and the crew . . . good job!

All Pro provided a good estimate and explination of the work to be completed. They honored their original quote even though it was 6 months old when I signed the contract. They showed up on time with a crew of about 8 guys. They did all the work, including digging up most of my landscaping, and put it back as best as possible. So far, the landscaping has lived. They also use a seperate Structural Engineer to conduct measurements and to insure that the work is done right. The completed the work in one day!

They are very professional and experienced. They have a great website that explains different options for foundation repair. It is a big problem in our area because of clay soil. People get cracked foundations all the time. I hope I wouldn?t have to use them again.

I interviewed 5 companies before selecting All Pro. They were not the lowest bid, but I felt that they offered the most comprehensive plan to correct the situation. Even then, I was nervous since I didn't know anything about foundation repair and skeptical that they would actually complete the work in a day. The 17 man crew arrived 10 minutes early and the foreman kept me updated on the progress throughout the day. When it was time for them to lift the house, the foreman asked me to come outside and see the action. It was fascinating to actually see. He then walked me around the house to show how the doors were now level and the cracks in the sheetrock were closed. I was genuinely impressed.

Everything went great. They were very punctual. They showed up when they said they would. They completed the job in a day and did an excellent job cleaning up when they were finished. Everyone I talked to was very nice.

The guy that came out did seem knowledgeable and personable. He was very good at responding to questions. He was on time and gave good information on what to do with the foundation. I still haven't decided if I'll use them or not. I felt comfortable with them though. ($3,500.00)

They were real great. On time. They did the whole job in one day. They even brought in an extra crew so they could get it done.

I liked them because they were really professional in giving us the estimate and very thorough in doing the job. They showed up on time and got right to work. There isn't anything I did not like about them.

The whole thing was done in a little more than half a day and they cleaned everything up very well. They made sure to protect my plants and any that were damaged or pulled, they replaced. I was very pleased with the service and the price was reasonable as well.

We have had estimates from about 7 different foundation repair companies. We chose this company because they offer 3 methods of repair, they have an independent engineer inspect your home before they do any work to be sure everything that they recommend is correct and a plumbing pressure test is included. They came out and leveled our home using concrete pressed pilings, the most inexpensive method that they offer. We also had them install root barriers to protect the foundation from our trees. That was in March. Our house is still settling and could continue to settle for some time to come. We hope that when it is done settling all of our doors will close again and the cracks will close up. We were pleased with the people that we worked with and the company as a whole. They are very professional and we feel like we got value for our money. They were on time and worked in the mud until the job was done, even replanted the shrubs that they removed. I have no complaints.

I was impressed with their honesty about our situation. He could have told us that we needed another huge foundation repair, but instead he told us that we needed to get a landscaping company to slope our land to keep water from going under our foundation. He didn't charge me for anything to tell me this. I was really impressed with his honesty. I would be glad to recommend him to anyone else.

They were superb. From Steve Haney, to all of the people that worked on my home; they were excellent. They showed me all of the places that they repaired. They did a fantastic job. They were very courteous and friendly, and did a great job. I was very pleased and would definitely use them again.

Evaluated the foundation problem correctly. Tony suggested three courses of action. He did not over sell me on his companies end of the work. The crew was professional and had a foreman on site. Tony was here for the job as well. He also gave me many product options.
