Very happy with the job. The soft spots throughout the house are sturdy again, and the sagging spots in the home have been raised up to a normal level (It's almost 100 years old so it will never be 100% level) there were no plumbing issues caused by the foundation repair and we will use All Pro again in the future. Rex was great, very professional.

All-Pro came out to give us an estimate on the work our foundation needed. They arrived on time and were detailed on what was needed to repair our foundation and explained the process to us. An engineer was sent out to assess the repair work needed. He detailed in a drawing how many piers were required and where. All-Pro showed up on time to start the work and the forman walked the job down with me before they started. He showed my what shrubs they would have to remove. The work went very smoothly and quickly. Once the work was complete we walked down the job to make sure everything was cleaned up and to our satisifaction. I would definetly recommend All-Pro for your foundation needs.

The experience with Allpro was great overall. I had to schedule the service several months in advance which was the only downside. I know that there were many people with foundation issues over the last few years, so that is why they were so busy and scheduled so far out. The crew that came was very professional and worked very fast. There was one delay as they had to wait for the structural engineer to arrive to finish the job, but that was not a huge problem either. They arrived and finished pretty close to when they said they would. There cleanup work was awesome. You could barely even tell there had been any work done once they were finished.

I thought I was having some foundation issues - I live in an area where the soil shifts so small cracks in the wall are not uncommon. After receiving a couple of quotes from firms that varied wildly in where they would place piers, etc, I decided to obtain one more estimate and called All-Pro. Arlon showed up and seemed very professional and spent almost an hour walking around the house, going through the crawl space, conducting measurements, etc. In the end he informed me that in his view the problem was not a foundation issue but that our house does not have gutters and given the roof line, water drains in certain areas (where the problems are) soaking the soil outside while the soil under the house remains very dry. He was very informative and professional. I could have just saved several thousand dollars and if I ever need someone to call to look at my foundation it will be All-Pro.

The cost was good and the repair was quick and efficient. They were very customer oriented. They offered good customer service. It was good before and after service. The price was good.

We called All-Pro in November after another foundation company was unable to come out to even do a survey until March. All-Pro was able to schedule a date within a few weeks to survey our property, take measurements, and give us an estimate. We set a date and they arrived promptly. Work was done in a professional manner. Later that day the owner came out to inspect the work and spent an hour answering all our questions and explaining how to prevent further problems.

In his assessment, he really took time to look at the shifting in each room before making an assessment or making recommendations. He explained everything he would do, gave me my options, and he did not even recommend the most expensive option.

They inspected my foundation and informed that I most likely had a lumbing leak. The rep essentially "shut down" at that point since my repairs would be sometime next year. He did, however, recommend a plumbing leak detection company to diagnose our problem. I was disappointed because he made no effort to schedule a follow-up visit or form a relationship that may lead to future work for them and a quality solution for us.

Obviously, they are not interested in doing work in Austin.

Had large crack on corner of house outside. Inspector from another highly rated company on Angies list told me I needed $3,000 worth of repairs. Wanted a 2nd opinion so I called All-Pro and made an appointment.Jeff Ellstrom stopped by as promised. Very professional and frank. Inspected exterior of house as well as took measurements inside. Said I didn't need any repairs-what a relief!!. Said crack was very common and only required patchwork by a cement mason. I'd hire them in a heartbeat if I really did have a foundation issue and so should you!!

I had 24 steel piers installed on three sides my house's slab foundation; 21 were regular steel piers and three were helical piers which were placed in a sensitive area. The typical pier depth was seven feet. The job went well with one minor exception. Three Indian Hawthorne plants had to be dug up where piers were to be placed. The plants roots should have been covered with soil with water to improve their chance of survival. This was not done and the plants died and had to be replaced. Other than that the job went well.

Fortunately I did not have foundation damage, only signs of some "upheaval" caused by (now recently repaired) major sprinkler system problems. Rex offered several suggestions to improve my situation and was very professional and helpful.

In the process of selling our home, a structural engineer was hired during an inspection. He wrote a report that our home might have a minor slope. Although he verbally told us our home was fine, his report tended to raise concern with potential buyers. We asked AllPro to come visit and give us their opinion of whether a repair was needed. Rex came to visit and said absolutely no repair was needed. He was very helpful and spent time explaining what would prompt the need for a repair, and stated that our foundation appeared to be fine. He gave me an estimate to install piers in case a buyer would require it even though he believed no repair was needed. He also got the structural engineer on the phone and talked through the issue with him and they were on the same page. I really appreciate his time and professionalism; it was of great assistance to my family during a stressful time!

Checked and stated no need for repair.

I got an estimate from one other company, also highly rated on Angie's list, which differed so much from All-Pro's, I felt I needed to get a third opinion, so I hired a neutral structural engineer, who agreed with All-Pro. The other company insisted I needed a completely different kind of pier, closely spaced, with several on the inside of my home, which would have voided my home owner's insurance on anything to do with my slab. Their estimate was nearly $10,000 more! All-Pro was very professional. I got reminder phone calls. They did the work exactly on schedule, and Tony even invited me out to watch the lifting phase. I got to see a huge space between bricks near a window close up almost completely. He noticed a sample piece of ceramic flooring in my kitchen and was kind enough to advise me not to re-do my floors for two years after the work was done, as the house will continue to shift because of a broken sewer pipe underneath. He said it may take that long for all the water to subside. He saved me a couple thousand dollars there, and a lot of headaches. All along the way, they explained exactly what they were doing, the physics behind the process in a way that assured me they respected my intelligence, and made me feel I was part of the saving of my home. I will surely recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done.

A rep came to my house to assess the poor quality work done by another foundation repair company on my house...Advanced Foundation Repair LLP. All cracks in my house are on the south side where Advanced supposedly installed 10 pilings. AllPro vindicated Advance and claimed that I needed 5 additional pilings on the south side of my house. No opinion was offered as to why Advance installed only 10 pilings or if they were in the right place. An estimate of $3,100 was verbally given followed by an email estimate of $4,100. I sent an email questioning the difference in the estimate about two months ago. To date a response has not been received.

I received 4 estimates all from angies list. The other companies had recommended more piers to be installed and one company even recommended 2 piers to be installed in the house which would have required demolition and potential unwanted hassles. Two companies didn't even suggest a root Barrier which all pro determined would be needed due to the tree being the main culprit. The piers were installed and after the lifting process the doors were able to be shut normally. It was great to see immediate results. It's a bit early and time will tell how the procedure holds up but so far so good Compared to the other companies it just seemed that all pro seemed to be the most honest with no high pressure sales tactics.

The whole project from beginning to end went smoothly and was conducted in a professional manner. The All-Pro Foundation Repair team was very easy to work with. Starting with Jeff Ellistrom who conducted the initial inspection and explained what I needed to fix my foundation to Mark and his crew who did the work of installing the 11 piers and root barrier, everything was completed on time and in a professional manner. After the work was completed the crew cleaned up the area and removed the excess dirt to my garden. I am highly pleased with All-Pro and would recommend them to anyone.

The reperesentative arrived on time, did some measurements and explaoned everything that he was doing, and was showing me the measurements his tool was showing him. He told me that he would not recommend performing any foundation repair at this time, as my numbers were not that bad. I appreciated his honesty, and the fact that they are in the business to sell foundation repair, and he told me he wouldnt recommend I do any, left a good impression on me. I know he could have told me I had bad foundation, and I would be none the wiser. The honesty is something I will always remember, and will definitely use them if I should ever need some down the road. I have recommended them to friends and family of mine, and have all been happy with the professionalism of this company.

This is the second time All Pro did work on our foundation. In 2007 they repaired the west side of our home. We were very pleased with their work. When we suspected we needed repairs on the east side we called another company and All Pro to come out and give us an estimate. The guy from the other company recommended 15 piers, EVEN PUTTING ONE UNDER THE MIDDLE OF OUR DRIVEWAY. Jeff from All Pro came out and told us that we only need 4, putting one under the driveway is useless, putting 15 piers around our home as the other company recommended would result in cracked tile, broken cabinets and windows. Bottom line? The other company's rep was trying to rip us off to the tune of $8,000 (with "discounts" price would have still been over $5,000). All Pro did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and DID NOT RIP US OFF. I trust this company implictly and have found them to be honorable, knowledgeable and professional both time that they did work for us. Thanks All Pro!

They were good. They said that I don?t have any foundation problems and that I have to contact a structural engineer. He seemed to really know what he was doing. He checked all the door frames and inspected the outside of the house real well. He said that foundation companies are there to fix any problem and that he couldn?t see any issue yet. They were on time.

All Pro were recommended by two of my neighbors who used them with their foundation repair. These guys were AWESOME! Came onsite on time, did a fabulous job, double checked the inside of the house wearing hoodies as to not get our carpet dirty. Cleaned up the yard great. Just couldn't be happier!
