+ -1 morethis guy was great! He had to come back a couple of times because of parts issues but he never gave up. I would use him again for sure.

+ -1 moreThe technician arrived on time and was professionally dressed. He immediately went to work looking at the refrigerator and explained what he was doing along the way. He explained how freezers work and how to care for them to maximize their life. He went on to clean the condenser and explained that I needed to repeat the process once or twice a year. He was very friendly and professional the entire time and I would definitely use his service again.
Description of Work: Heating element was checked and condenser was cleaned.

Description of Work: I don't remember when he last worked for us or how much we spent the last time he came to work on something. The above date and $amount are pure guesswork. His prices are always reasonable. This provider works on a variety of large appliances with great skill and knowledge. He has worked on our refrigerator, washer, dryer, and dishwasher over a period of several years. He has replaced parts when the appliances were worth fixing, and he has told us when he thought we would be better off to get a new appliance--after explaining the condition of the old one and what we could expect in performance from it if we had it fixed. He is honest and professional.
