They did a good job. It was a big job. It took several weeks. They did make a mistake on something but they told me about it so they were very honest and I felt that I could trust them.

Tech (J.R) was very unprofessional and his equipment was not working properly but nonetheless he said with confidence that the leak was definitely under the slab and gave an approximate location and what would need to be done to fix the problem, which was to cap the leaking pipe and re-route it thru the walls and inside the ceiling, tearing apart all of that, leaving me with another repair job once they did their work. Their quote was $1850. Well, I called another company out at the behest of my coworker and the second company identified the leak OUTSIDE the house where the line leading from city cutoff to the house cutoff met. He discovered it within 15 minutes after a little digging to uncover the house water cutoff valve. Oddly, I mentioned this to the tech from Accu-Find and he disregarded my suggestion, and treated me rather condescending. He never even looked for, nor mentioned there was a house cutoff as I had no clue it existed because it was partially buried but the second tech said all houses since the late 70's had a house water cutoff but they were sometimes buried but in a plastic housing and added that is the first thing any company should look for to cut off the water rather than using the city cutoff. The leak detecting company had a plumber already and the repair was fixed within a couple hours for less than $500 and they even did some extra work for me. I will add, the office personal are very friendly and helpful. I wish I could say the same for the detecting crew.

I just wanted to take a minute to praise this company. After having my foundation worked on, I was informed I had a leak in the sewer portion of my plumbing. I contacted Accu-Find and they came out to isolate where the leaks were coming from. A minor issue arose during this process, however, nothing to do with the quality of work from the company. I will say this company went above and beyond to address the minor issue and make it right. I had the company fix the leaks, of which 5 total were located. The city came out and inspected the work and signed off. The workers were friendly and helpful, as well as the office staff. Barry, the owner, kept in contact with me during the entire process and went above and beyond with any questions I had. This company is exactly how a business should be ran. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thanks guys.

Since the very first call, they were extremely professional. Barry came on time and found the leak within an hour. The plumbers who came to take care of the re-route were on time and did the job within the estimated time. All of them, Leanna, Barry and the plumbers were extremely professional, punctual and clean. They explained everything and answered all our question. However, they were really busy and we were told that it will take 3 weeks to come by and do the job. Fortunately, they had an opening in their schedule and fix the problem in a week. Again, great customer service!! We are very happy with the job and their price was comparable to other plumbers we contacted.

If I could give this great company a ten star review I would. This was a wonderful experience as I had expected since I had used them 4 years ago for another leak repair. It was great starting with LeAnna Fox in the office and then J.R. came out and gave us an estimate. I had already received an estimate from another company which was several hundred dollars higher. My experience with Accu-Find has been that they try to do the repairs with the least amount of residual damage which was important to me. Les and Travis then came out to do the work. They spent all day locating the leak which turned out to be the main cold water feeder line, digging the outside trench, rerouting the line overhead through the attic, insulating the rerouted line and back filling the outside trench. We had waited several weeks because I wanted the best contractor for the job. As the evening approached, Les assured me he would not leave us without water so they finished the job into the evening. Both were very neat and professional. I want to give a big hats off to LeAnna, J. R., Les and Travis for a good experience and job well done. It was an added plus for me that the price did not change from the original estimate although they spent all day working to get us back in business with water. I will definitely use them again if the need arises and would highly recommend Accu-Find Slab Leak to anyone.

We were very pleased with the job. It was done just as the initial visit had described it would be. The plumbers were very courteous and neat--answered all our questions in a very knowledgeable manner. Even the city inspector said that they do "good work". Would definitely recommend Accu-Find Slab Leak.

JR and his assistant were very efficient in the leak detection process and had provided several options. They were the only company out of three that offered rerouting the water line as an option. This saved us a major headache of drilling a hole in the middle of the living room and having to find matching wood flooring to patch the floor once the work had been done. Although they were booked far out, it was worth the wait. .Communications with Leanna at the office for scheduling were easy and there was always someone answering the phone if we had questions. On the day of the repair, JR called well in advance to give us a heads up that he was running 30 minutes behind since he was getting the Permit from the city (which is always a great sign since that they are licensed and know the proper protocol). He arrived at the time he said he would and he and his assistant quickly traced the water lines and explained how he would reroute the line. They worked very efficiently and were very clean and vacuumed any drywall dust right out of the house with the shopvac. They left the house clean, and finished the job quicker than expected This is such a professional company and I wish I could have this experience with all contractors! The inspector from the city came out the next day and approved their work. And now we only have to do simple drywall repairs where there were holes cut out to access the lines. They were also very fairly priced and although there was a long wait, I was happy I chose them since they truly are experts in slab leak detection and repair.

The things that stood out about them is their honesty, integrity, the price that they charged and the options that they gave to us are so much better than the other companies. I highly recommend them.

They are reasonable and good. All the work they did was complete- all the work we contracted them to do was finished on time and the insurance company paid. It took a little bit longer than they wanted because they had some difficulty with something underneath the house but they finished. I wash happy with their work and they put everything back and cleaned up. I would recommend them to anybody. They did not go that much above what they quoted.

Did a inbound and outbound plumbing test and didn't find anything. But we still clearly have an issue so left us hanging with no further action items. No help on what to do next. There is still slow discoloring and softening of our hardwood floors so water is getting in somehow.

I was very pleased with the work JR and his assistant did. They arrived promptly, located the leak, and were able to repair it without breaking up my bathroom floor. They capped off the bad pipe and rerouted the waterpipe through the walls and attic. JR explained the entire process and explained what to show the city inspector who came out the next day. Leanna in the office, obtained the necessary permit from the city of Dallas. All this was accomplished in one day. They left my house clean with no dust or debris. I absolutely would recommend Accu-Find Slab Leak.

They arrived promptly each day( they worked for us for three full days) and were very polite. They explained everything to us before they did any work. They left the house as neat as possible each day. They located and repaired four sewer slab leaks.

First let me start off by saying I was impressed with the work that was done in such a short time. But to tell the whole story after they were done fixing the slab leak, I came home to a clogged up toilet(my 3 years old had decided to feed the entire roll of toilet paper to the toilet) and a leak coming from the wall in my son's room. Now based on where the leak was coming from I was sure it was just a coincidence that we had just had the slab leak done, and this was now occurring. But as frustrated as I was at the time, I did call Accu Find and explained to them what was happening. They were more than helpful, and willing to send someone out to investigate. However, I needed to get a plumber out quick so I called my normal guy and he explained to me that is was the old toilet seat that was root of this issue. The seal at the bottom of the toilet was leaking behind the wall and running it down the wall into my son's room. Anyways getting back to Accu Find. They followed up with me, cared about the issue, and again were willing to come back out and do an investigation. I hope I never have to deal with a slab leak again, however if I do, these are the guys to call. Great Company that truly cares about the customer. Thank you Accu Find.

They were wonderful. They were very professional. They really paid attention to detail, very polite. The service was really great. They were very nice, very respectful. Even though they were dealing with something that was horrible, they tried to make it as pleasant as possible. They came out very quickly.

First of all, the general cost would have been $200, but we just had All-Pro Foundation Repair do some foundation work on our property and they offered to pay $100 of the cost to perform the leak test. Usually they say you will need to provide the carbon copy of the receipt, but in this case Accu-Find just took $100 off the price. With All-Pro you have to have a plumbing test and leak repairs done within 30 days to receive the lifetime warranty on the foundation (though they will work with you on this). I first called another company they mentioned and was told they had no openings for nearly a month, then All-Pro referred me to Accu-Find (which I had already seen on Angie's List). Accu-Find was also booked solid for another month, but I told them I worked from home and would be available if something opened up. Surprisingly, later that same day they called back and said that something did open up, and asked if an hour from that time would work for me; it did, and they came out. The two men that arrived were quick and efficient. They quickly did something with the overflow pipes outside, then worked with the faucets, attaching a pressure meter of some kind. We waited for 20 minutes, and they said that the fact that it held the high pressure for 20 minutes and didn't reduce, ensured that in fact there were no leaks. They will contact All-Pro and the lifetime warranty should now be validated, then delivered to me. Accu-Find is the best!

JR and Montana located the leak, explained my options and then rerouted the pipe through the walls to fix the problem. Saved me money in the long run. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. Minimal damage to walls for me to fix, left everything in great shape when they were finished. One day job. Great work guys.

For the work they performed, they were efficient and professional. I was already 99% sure I had a leak somewhere so I was expecting some actual repair for my $300 not just a report of where it was. I was provided a bid/estimate to repair the leak but it clearly states they will not repair the walls and floors they'll have to tear up to reach the leak. My expectation were higher for what I received.

They came out on the date they said. Kept it to as few holes as possible just to get the one section of the house functional again and cleaned up nicely after they were done. I especially like the way they put all the dirt in buckets which made it a lot easier to put back and kept the mess down. They of course were working in the kitchen and living room so it was impossible to not be impacted by they did a great job and got finished as fast as they could. While they were here, we identified another section of the house where the cloths washer and vanity bathroom are that was also unusable but I asked them to wait until this year when I get another bonus in. They agreed and were able to get the inspection to pass on the section they had replaced. I'll definitely have them back out for the additional section of the pipes this year.

The price was at least a thousand dollars less than two other bids. They did a perfect job and they did not leave a mess. They also had it inspected and they got the permit to get that done by the city. It was very nice to see this and it let me know they were very confident in their work. They were incredible and they deserve a lot of praise for the service.

They are scheduled on the 14th to do the work and I have been very pleased with them when they were here to do the evaluation. They determined that there was a leak and decided what had to be done to get it repaired. Their appraisal of the situation and estimates was good; they were here for many hours. They were very communicative in explaining all the steps they were doing. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. They sent people who had the appropriate experience with the appropriate tools to do everything that they needed to do.

Accu-Find Slab Leak Inc looks under your slab for leaks and they did not take the proper care. They needed water poured down the laundry drain and I assisted with that. I expected him to put the house back and he didn't and the next day, my wife did a load of laundry and flooded our house. So now, we have no flooring. We're walking around on concrete, because we had laminate flooring, which was all throughout most of the house and was ruined. Our ruined our carpet in our bedroom, because it flowed under an adjoining wall int our closet and into our bedroom. That was all because they did not take proper care and do a due diligence to make sure things were put away, the way they were supposed to be. I didn't even pick them. My insurance company sent them out. They denied responsibility for the leak. I'm having to go through arbitration, just to get them to respond. I got my insurance company to pay for the floors, but I've also got a $2,000.00 deductible, and they won't pay any of that. They say they're not responsible.

They were very nice and found the leak in our sewer system. We are scheduling them to fix the leak, they were not able to schedule the fix for 4 weeks.

Work can't be done immediately due to their schedule, but they were honest about it which puts them up a notch in my book. I look forward to getting the work done by them.
