Detection and repair crew were clean, courteous and professional. The finished within 5 hours. The foundation restorer had to come out on a different day after city inspection. Although friendly and courteous, his work as a little less professional. The first concern was the oily drop clothes he put on the carpet to keep them from getting dirty. I had to put paper under the two oily spots. The concrete repair work could have been done a little better, it was uneven and rough, but nothing I couldn't correct myself. Overall they did a good job and in a reasonable amount of time. I think they could be a little more expedient in their responsiveness; it took a week to get them out. They apparently do everything by mail also. The estimator who I believe is the owner, didn't do much investigating and wouldn't give me a quote or schedule, I had to wait for the estimate by mail and the scheduler to call. Also, they did not honor the $50 Angie's List discount.

We had a leak under the slab in a guest bedroom. We discovered it because of the water pooling outside the house. I called and they came out within 2 hours to see if there was a leak and gave an estimate. We then scheduled the service for 2 weeks later, due to my schedule and theirs. They came the day of and began the process of finding exactly where the leak was. This took longer than they expected, due to the amount of water pooled under the house. They jackhammered thru the slab, dug under from outside and found and fixed the pipe with the leak. They then filled the holes with dirt and patched the slab with concrete, cleaned up (it was raining and a muddy mess the day of the repair). They came back the next day, after the concrete dried in the slab, and moved the furniture back and put the carpet back on the floor. Accu-Find's employees were all courteous, professional, friendly, and extremely hardworking.

They were very nice, friendly, and clean. They took a little longer than I thought they should have (6 hours) which made it quite a bit more expensive than I had anticipated.

I liked them a lot. They worked hard, were timely, cleaned up after themselves, the owner came out on numerous occasions to check up on the progress (it took 2 weeks)and they pulled and posted all of the proper permits.

The easiest thing about this leak was hiring Accu-Find. They were professional, on-time, pulled permits, cleaned up, wore booties in the house, tested their work. They were referred to us by our realtor's husband who is a contractor, so they're well-respected in their field. Later, we brought them back to for a pressure and sewer test before we repaired our floors. Again, we were pleased.

When I called them I talked to their dispatcher and they had a man come out and look at our problem for no cost. He is very good, and he has advised us to get the carpet up. He also suggested turning the water off to stop further damage, he was very informative, and he was very good at explaining. They came out the next week and fixed it. There was a little bit of a misunderstanding with the estimate, but it did vary a little just because of the nature of the job. They were good at making sure they didn't make any more damage to the house. He was very clean and did a good job. And they did give us a discount for being a member of Angie's List. I would recommend them to anyone.

It is scary when you find out there is a water leak under your house. Fortunately, the Accu-Find people were great. They took the time to explain the process and provided an estimated time for repairs - which originally they said 8-10 hours, but they were able to complete this job in 4 hours. Of course, you have to wait for the city to inspect their work before Accu-Find can come back and fill in the hole. The inspector came the next day and then Accu-Find worked with me on a convenient time to refill the holes (which took about 1 hour). The people were friendly and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

These guys were punctual, polite and clean (no dust!!!). After they completed the work I called them with a complaint, which I mistakenly thought they created, and they immediately came out and assessed the problem and gave me advice. They went above and beyond the call of duty.

This company did an outstanding job overall. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. This job took a total of about 13 hours over a period of three days, including city inspection. They always arrived on time and did a great job of leaving the area clean and neat from day to day. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone with a slab leak problem.

At every level, from our initial call, to first visit, repair visit and follow-up calls, the customer service was excellent. Price appeared to be in line with other companies estimates. When it came to the work, these guys knew what they are doing, and I would highly recommend their slab leak repair services. Unsure about pricing - the price seemed a little high for the hours put into it - but I think that is because they charged a flat fee and they were good at what they did. All in all I was satisfied with the work for the price.

Called Accu-Find after reading about them on this list. As stated previously, they were quick to respond. In all we had three visits from them. During the first one they determined that we did have a leak. Randy and his partner then came out and worked hard to pinpoint where the leak was. He explained the whole process and what would have to happen to repair it. On the third visit, Randy came by to let B.J. and his partner know where the leak was located. We were fortunate-the leak was under our patio so nothing inside was affected. The technicians were very friendly, professional, and thorough. They kept everything clean and you would never know that they had been here. I highly recommend them!

Accu-Find was very responsive and they were able to come out right away. The worker that came to my house was very honest because he found a diamond ring and could have put it in his pocket, but he didn't.

Accu-Find came to my house the day that I first contacted them about a suspected hot water leak under our slab. He told me exactly what he would do to find and repair the leak and gave me a firm price for the repair. They are busy and could not do the work for two weeks. On the day agreed upon for the work they showed up on time, did exactly what they said that they would do, cleaned up so that even my wife was satisfied, and charged me exactly the amount that they had quoted.

We were very pleased with Accu-Find's service. Even though this is a busy time of year for them, a gentleman came out (on time)evaluated our problem, and made arrangements for us to be contacted to schedule an appointment for the repair. On the day of the repair, two individuals arrived early, told us what they were about to do, and worked at locating the actual leak, drilling the slab, fixing the pipe and repairing the slab. They took care with our flooring and property, and worked hard to complete their work within about 6 hours. We were extremely pleased with their work and professionalism. While we hope that we do not have to have this type of repair done again, we would recommend them to anyone, and would use them again without hesitation!

From the first call to the final payment, the company provided excellent, professional service. Pat spent 35 minutes on the phone during the initial call patiently answering all my questions. The office phoned frequently to report on expected arrival. Barry and his team were thorough and again, spent time explaining what they found and what would be involved to fix the line. Their quote was accurate and there were no hidden charges. They would not accept payment until the hole in the patio was re-cemented. I highly recommend this company for slab leak location and repair.

The initial contact to these plumbers came through my home insurance, and I would highly recommend them. They are friendly, polite, and efficient. The work was scheduled and completed in the agreed time frame, and they cleaned up on completion of the work. Both the office and workman called to keep me appraised of the arrival status when they were delayed on another job. They prepared a clear report of the work done, keeping an accurate total of the actual repair time. The workman lent me a turn-off value tool to use in the few days until the leak was fixed, to allow me to turn off the water flow and not waste water. The follow-up report assisted with the insurance claim. Following a (separate) civil engineer report, all but $100 of the plumbing costs were covered by State Farm insurance.

THE 2 FELLOWS WERE VERY PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME, CONFIRMED THE WORK TO BE PERFORMED AND IMMEDIATELY SET TO WORK. WHEN COMPLETE, THE REMOVED TOILET WAS REPLACED WITH A NEW WAX-RING THAT THEY PROVIDED, CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES (SOME DRIPS, LEAVES TRACKED IN AND FOOT PRINTS) ACCEPTED OUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER (THAT THEY CALLED INTO THEIR OFFICE, OVER A LAND LINE AT MY REQUEST) AND CHEERFULLY DEPARTED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FIRM FOR THIS TESTING PROCEDURE.

WOULD NOT HIRE ANYONE ELSE. EXCELLENT AT WHAT THEY DO. THEY FOLLOW THROUGH. DIDN'T QUIT UNTIL IT WAS DONE RIGHT. THEY ARE JUST WONDERFUL!
