+ 0 moreThey had the cheapest bid. I was a little bit wondering why I was given a verbal quote not a written one. When I did get a written quote, it more then doubled the price. This is a joint project with my neighbor and I. He said what he said verbally was the price for my neighbor and I each. He was friendly enough.
Description of Work: I used A-1 TRACTOR SVC for a bid.

+ 0 moreIt went very well. Don and his crew of 2 showed up on time and did the job all in one day - from digging out, to rebar, to pouring. They cleaned up as they went along and I'm very pleased with the results.
Description of Work: I had a quarter-round poured as an extension add-on to my existing patio.
