Description of Work: Recommended updates and repair plans that met city codes for commercial rental property that was in poor condition. Thoroughly helped prioritize improvements and explained cost saving alternatives. Also gave suggestions and other resource information for long term upkeep and maintenance of the property.

+ -1 moreI found water dripping down my bathroom wall and the ceiling from work being done by neighbor above me. I researched drywall companies on Angie's List and this company was highly recommended. They were out to assess the damage in 24 hours. Explained what they believed had occurred, what the damage was, how much it would cost to repair the damage. They answered all my questions and gave me good information. I plan on using this company to repair the damage.
Description of Work: Had this company come in and give me an estimate for water damage to drywall and ceiling done to my appt. by neighbor above. I have not had the work done yet, but am planning on using this company. They were prompt, expert, courteous and professional.

+ -1 moreIncredible! Estimator arrived at appointed time, took measurements, returned to office and faxed estimate, with completion time scheduled for two weeks later. Herman and James (workmen) arrived within 30 minutes of appointed time, worked like beavers in 100 degree heat, and finished, including COMPLETE cleanup, in 2 1/2 days. Did an almost perfect job - and at $50 less than estimate. I could not have been more pleased. This company also does everything from build new homes to replacing garbage disposal. A truly unique company that prides itself on quality.
Description of Work: Repaired garage sheetrock ceiling, removed popcorn finish and replaced with textured finish and paint. Reseated attic stairs. Repaired attic joist.
