They did a really good service. They respond quickly. I have used them multiple times.

They were kind of hit or miss. It depends on what technicians showed up. I felt like the technicians were trying to up-sell what I didn't need. Some of the technicians kind of knew what they were doing. They guy was telling me something was broken, when it wasn't broken. I was turned off by the company because of that. The most recent visit the guy was most competent. Their pricing is competitive. They are pretty good. He told me the system running and have no issues, most likely he is trying to up-sell you. That kind of rings the bell. I don't think I would recommend them again. I would search out another company.

They have been absolutely great, their service is good the prices are good.

He diagnosed from zero during the problem and it happened to be nothing more than a loose wire, that I would have never found. He could have taken me for a ride if he wanted to. It was during a warm time, and it was a wait. It wasn't like instantaneous. It was like a couple days later when he showed up. Once he was in route he gave me updates and that part worked. It was just the delay in starting. It was just one guy. It took about an hour. He was excellent, no debris or anything, he picked up what he brought, there was nothing really disassembled other than the panel.

The service was fine. Everything was fine. I was well pleased with the job and everything. The price was fine.

Comfort Tech ( SALES PERSON ) was sent out the very same day, very prompt. Performed Inspection of entire system. Very professional & precise. At time of sales call, A#1 Air was supposedly running a( 60% off )equipment sale, and still the estimated replacement cost was almost double for exact same services and equipment replaced by another company. When replacing Evaporating Unit upstairs, had talked with installers about the reported bad condition of unit. Upon removal of said unit was told and shown that unit WAS NOT Damaged, and in fact had not been opened up for inspection, or Diagnosis.

Their work is good, but they just need to work on their service plan. One guy comes out and it takes him about thirty minutes to complete the job. The technicians are very accurate and trustworthy. I would say they do good work, but just don't buy the service plan.

They installed a new air conditioner for us. They were very courtesous, polite and efficient. They did a great job!

Brad Nevil and his amazing crew of 1 spent 3 days totally revamping our existing AC/heating system, including correcting a flaw in the air conditioner that was incorrectly assembled at the factory. Although his business is located in Irving, they were willing to come all the way out to Covington, at least 70 miles one way, to correct numerous problems that our local AirMasters missed or ignored. At first, we were actually considering purchasing an entirely new system but Mr. Nevil, rather than seeing $$$ selling us a new unit, took on the challenge of fixing what we had. Now, for the first time in 15 years, our AC runs the way it should have all along. The house is evenly cool and our electric bill has dropped dramatically because everything is running efficiently. Mr. Nevil's vast knowledge of AC/heating systems and his INTEGRITY are a rarity in today's culture and I would highly and continuously recommend him.

I interviewed 8 companies to do the replacement of my heat pump. I found quite a variety of prices and information from the different providers. I was most impressed by Brad and his team. They took the time to diagnose the problem correctly, thoroughly investigating both the inside and outside units. They clearly explained to me all my different options along with pros and cons (for example, fixing versus replacing, replacing only the interior unit versus replacing both the interior and the exterior unit, etc.). I so appreciate the time they took to educate me and it meant a lot that they didn't pressure me into a solution - they laid out all my options and let me choose the solution that worked best for my situation. They provided incredible customer service on both the investigation of the issue as well as the installation, and they delivered exactly as promised. I even had some structural issues in my AC/Heater closet that they were able to address, all within budget. They provided the best price of all the competitors, and I can't say enough positive about their service!

We were worried we would be without air conditioning for several days because of their summer workload, but they were very prompt and within an hour, they had our air conditioner up and running. I would highly recommend them. I'd hire them again in a New York minute.

Me and my family have used them since 1980 and their work is excellent. It took 20 years for me to realize that, but Brad installed an a/c and heater in one house - 30 years later and there was maybe one 1 service call needed. Incredible. This speaks highly of his workmanship and the equipment they use. They charge a fair price too (not cheap, not expensive - they deserve a profit too!) They have also been completely honest and fair all of these years. A heater unit they installed for my mom was defective, after some work, they replaced it free of charge for her. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!! They do it right the first time but also stand behind their work 100%.

Placed a call about 5:00 pm for service on old A/C unit. Technican was out by 10:00 pm. Since the unit was so old (30 years) he indicated there was no point in trying to repair. He then offered to set up an appointment for the sales team to come the next day to give me a quote. The team arrived right on schedule, evaluated my needs, and called the service team to come that day to install. So within 24 hours I had a new air conditioning unit. Everyone was especially helpful from the call center rep to the guys who did the install - made me feel as if I was their only customer. I am very pleased with the A/C and would not hesitate to call on them again or refer them to friends and family.

I have had them from the time I have moved in here and they are wonderful. They come whenever you need them, especially in the middle of the night also. They are spectacular and they quoted me the best price. Their quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism are excellent. I will continue to use their services in future.

My experience went fine. They came out promptly. I had some kind of a blockage and that was the reason why I was having a leak on my carpet. They cleaned it out and then the man went out and cleaned the exterior part of the air conditioning unit on my house thoroughly. He gave me some tips on maintenance of my unit. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and in the future when I have any kind of a problem, I would certainly call them again.

At about 3 pm on a hot afternoon our air conditioning system started to blow warm air. I called A-1 and asked if someone could come out and take a look at our system. Mr. Nevil said someone would be right out and that they would contact us within the hour. About 45 minutes later Ruben (the service technician) called and said he would be at our place with 45 minutes. Thirty minutes later Ruben arrived, examined our A/C unit and determined that the main source of the problem was that unit had not been cleaned in quite some time (my bad). He gave the unit a thorough cleaning. He found burn points on the contactor and replaced that part. He also checked the freon levels, the fan motor, and blew out the drain line. The entire process took about 45 minutes. Brad Nevil and A-1 installed the system in 2003. They did a great job at a reasonable price. It's good to see they are still delivering a high level of service and value for their customers.

We first used them in 2001 when they were recommended to install a new pad for a unit in a home we were trying to sell. We were so pleased that we used them on our new home for repairs and maintenance. Then ten years later we used them to rework the duct work and install a new unit in a home that was built in 1936. We were very pleased with the price and the work. Then when we were just finishing the renovation, it was November and we just turned on the heater, which did not work. Turns out we needed out upstairs unit replaced, too. Yikes. All we needed at the end of a redo. But again, the price was reasonable and the work was great.Over the years they have come on Saturday and even Sunday when our AC went out in the summer months. The staff has been very consistent, even though Garland Nevil no longer picks up the phone every time. I assume he is retiring; happily I hope. We recommend them highly.
