It went great, just like the first time they came out to do a deep clean. I appreciated the call giving me a heads up when the girls were 30 minutes out from my house so that I could put the dogs up.

I realized last week that I was going to need some help getting my home ready to host Thanksgiving for our family. I called A+ Maid & Cleaning Services on Monday 11/24/14 and then the next morning, a team of two girls was out first thing ready to clean! I cant express enough how amazing of a job that Bernice and Rebeca did! I was completely blown away! I went with the "Platinum Clean" and when I was told that they would clean the oven as if it was new.. I was like, LOL I gotta see this. NO JOKE--- TOTALLY CLEAN! My Platinum Clean also included cleaning the Refrigerator, the windows and they even hand cleaned the baseboards on top of everything included in their normal package. I have used housekeepers before (both individuals and companies) and a lot of things that A+ included are "add-ons" with other companies. I have already told my family about them and would 100% recommend this company to anyone who will listen to me! They are coming back out in a couple of weeks! I cant wait :)

I called and emailed A+ in September to schedule a bi-weekly cleaning of my home starting on October 7th. I specifically stated I needed to be the morning clean, as I did not want them there when my children got home from school. I had confirmation in writing from Robin. My kids came home that day at about 3pm and the cleaning crew had not arrived. No call or anything. I called them immediately and was told they were on their way, they were running late. Knowing that I had an initial clean scheduled including an additional clean of my living room furniture (vacuuming cushions and the like) and that I did not want them there cleaning while I was making dinner, I asked to be rescheduled. Susan told me I could expect service Friday morning, first thing. I work a half day on Fridays and I didn't want them there when I got home either. I was assured they would be gone by noon. I agreed, because I wanted it done. At about 9:30, Friday morning (apparently 9:30 is first thing), I got this email: Per our conversation yesterday I have you scheduled for a first am cleaning today. My cleaning crew is at your home now but unable to access entry inside. We understood that you were to leave a key for us under a mat but cannot find it. My crew will need to move on to their next customer in 10 minutes if I do not hear back from you. We will be happy to reschedule you for the 2nd morning cleaning if you prefer. Please let me know what works for you. The key WAS under the mat, I checked it was there that morning before I left. Apparently, they didn't think to check BOTH entrances to my house although I was specific about which one it was under when I confirmed my service. I called them and told them to check again and commented on a first morning cleaning of a 2500 square foot house didn't really leave time for a second morning cleaning, but was assured I had nothing to worry about it. The crew would clean thoroughly. I got a call from someone in Dallas and was assured that my cleaning would be done and on time. I came home at 12:30, they were still there. My cleaning products were all on the counter, music was blaring out of my bedroom, sheets were on the floor in the living room, and nothing had been done in the kitchen as yet. No floors mopped downstairs at all. I turned around and left again. I ran some unnecessary errands, and went to the library for a bit. I came back at 2pm. No change. I went to school to pick up my children who got out of school at 2:30. We got home at about 3:30 after stopping at the store, and they were gone. The house appeared okay. So we just went on about our evening routine. Over the weekend, I discovered some issues. They are as follows, per my email sent to A+ Maids: Dear Susan, I wanted to take a few moments to tell you what i thought of my service on Friday. I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. Overall, it was acceptable. But, that being said, I need to make you aware of a few things. First, my cleaning products were used. I came home while my house was still being cleaned and noticed the cabinets under my sink were open and my furniture polish, floor cleaner and spray cleaners were on the island in front of the sink. I did not expect this. I didn't see anyone but heard music turned up in my bedroom. I turned around and left again. Second, the wood floors were streaked. I don't know what was used to clean them, but i had to clean them again to remove the streaks. Third, some trash cans had bags in them and some did not. Fourth, I paid extra to have my furniture vacuumed. Maybe there was a miscommunication, but I expected that this meant that the seat cushions, top and bottom, would be removed and then vacuumed underneath. This was not the case. Not the loveseat, the sofa or the chair had the cushions removed. Only the exterior of the furniture was vacuumed. I don't understand why. The bathrooms were cleaned very well and I was pleased with the thorough dusting and polishing, albeit with my products. Please let me know what you think about this. Susan responded: First let me thank you for providing us with your valuable feedback as I know that we cannot continuously strive to improve our services without it. It is standard for us to provide all cleaning supplies and products for each customer?s home unless otherwise requested. It is also inappropriate for our cleaning crew to listen to any music while in your home, much less on your personal stereo. Please accept my apology and I ensure you these things will be reiterated to my staff immediately and will not happen again. As for the streaks on your wood floors, inconsistency with the garbage containers not having bags in them and failing to vacuum your furniture thoroughly, these are issues that I would like to have corrected as soon as possible yet at your earliest convenience. Please let me know when I may send the cleaning crew back to your home so that we can ensure you are 100% satisfied. Thank you again for your business and taking the time to offer us your feedback. I didn't want them to come back, I just asked that they not make these mistakes again, and that the vacuuming of my furniture which I paid extra for, be redone. I got a call from someone in Dallas again, and The next cleaning day arrived, October 21, and this was fairly well done. They did completely vacuum the furniture. The problem areas I mentioned before were not problems, and I couldn't tell if my products were used or not, but I trusted that they were not. The final cleaning was on November 4, which coincidentally, was my birthday. I was really looking forward to coming home to a clean house with fresh bedding and everything shiny and sparkling. That was NOT the case. I notified them of termination of their services with the following feedback: As you know, my house was cleaned this past Thursday. I wish I could tell you that it was well done, however once again, my floors are streaked through the downstairs with dirty water spots. My broom was used and was not put away. Also, the powder room was not touched at all. I thought that after my first clean was so poorly done, that I could expect better in the future and I took you at your word that this would not happen again. It has. Sending out the cleaning crew again is not a solution. While I appreciate that you would like to "make it right", these issues should not have been wrong. It isn't that I didn't like how it was done, it just wasn't done. I'm left with floors I had to reclean and a powder room to clean from top to bottom. What is surpising is that this week I had two beds that did not require a linen change so there should have been plenty of time to properly and completely clean my home. I appreciate your efforts to try to correct the service, but I am not willing to take any more chances on how it will turn out the next time and if I will be disappointed yet again. Thank you for your time. I will no longer require your services from this point forward. They never responded. I won't use them again and I would not recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: this was the third (and final) time that A+ maids cleaned my house. they were to clean all the bathrooms, sweep and mop and vacuum the floors, clean the kitchen, change bed linens, etc. a standard cleaning in my opinion.

Noticed large mirror in dining room still considerably dusty -- a complete miss -- after they left. Most importantly, although I was home at the time, the team did not ask me where to put a few items from the dishwasher. Unfortunately, they stashed some pots and pans -- and a large Tupperware lid! -- in the oven. I never store pots and pans in the oven and had no idea they were there. The next day, I heated the oven to prepare dinner and found the Tupperware lid completely melted onto the bottom of the oven. Fortunately, once it cooled, I was able to peel it off okay. But if it had adhered to the heating element, it would have been an incredible disaster. In my opinion, this was completely avoidable and just plain laziness.
Description of Work: Asked for them to clean house "top to bottom" in preparation for Christmas holidays -- ceiling fans to baseboards and everything in between.

Scheduled to arrive in morning but had the wrong address and said no one was home. At that time they did not confirm the address. They did not arrive until almost 3 and left promptly at 5 even the cleaning was no where near to being done. They told my husband that they didn't know we had dogs and that is why the cleaning was taking so long. Of course I noted on the request form that we had 2 dogs. When I tried to contact about finishing the work my calls and emails were ignored. Very dissapointing.
Description of Work: Scheduled to clean 3 story town home with two dogs. Only cleaned the top floor. Work that was completed was very good.
