 + 0 moreI have had to have the shower re-tiled three times. Twice by them and then by another. I had black mold because they didn't do the shower pan right.

Description of Work: They remodeled our home. Glass cabinet fell off the kitchen wall after the first month it was put up. Drawers to the washer and dryer cant be opened all the way because they made the opening laundry closet too narrow. Also, when the granite counter tops separated at the seams, they came out and sanded the top of the counters completely ruining the granite. The wood flooring they put in is beginning to come lose from the floor. They have failed to come out to correct some of these issues today. Even by the request of BBB.

 + 0 moreThe service was good. They made recommendations on needing more insulation in my attic. They were very patient with the work as the house is older.
Description of Work: They took the dryer vent so it would go out of the roof. The cost for that was $250.00. They also replaced some valves underneath a sink and the sink faucet and that was another $250.00.

 + 0 moreWe called them out because our a/c wouldn't turn on. They came out after hours and told us that our freon was low. They filled it up and made sure our unit was cooling down our salon. Everything was great till the next weekend, our a/c did the same thing. I called them out again and he said that one of our two compressors was out. I called a few other places, and they all said that they should have caught that when they were here last week. We had to pay another $105 for the service call when it was something they should have found last week.
Description of Work: a/c unit not working. filled the freon that was out, now they are saying it's our compressor
