Joshs plumbing

Went awesome! josh came out and ran his snake through my drain pipes to the city line only took about 30 mins. only charged me 60 bucks I WILL ONLY USE THESE GUYS IN THE FUTURE!!!!

Atmos came to light the hot water heater, we was informed that the hot water heater was leaking gas. So we contact the landlord she contacted Josh's Plumbing. They came out and inform us that it had to be replace. It took them almost 2 weeks to replace it, we was not home when they replaced it. Since replacing it we have low hot water pressure through the facets and the water supply to our washer has not work since. The landlord claims she had contacted them and they supposed to call. NO PHONE CALLS, NO COURTESY CALL, NO NOTHING.

I was recommended by a friend, gave Josh a call on looking at our sewer line that was stopping up every couple of months. Josh came out and gave me an estimate of $3200 To replace to replace lthe line. He gave me a date and time to start we agreed and shook hands. He did a great job and recommend him to anyone. The job was even 400 dollars cheaper than the original bid. Recieved a follow up call from him this week to make sure everything was still draining. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Joshs Plumbing left my shower leaking for 4 months and left the parts at my house. He never fixed my leaking shower and stood us up over 10 times. Found out today from a few others that he likes to tell his customers that his grandma died and his kids are sick so he can be lazy and not show up.... The new plumber came out and they fixed Joshs mess in 5 minutes. The parts at my house that Joshs plumbing left werent even needed by the new plumber. So even if Josh had reinstalled the parts for my shower would still be leaking because he misdiagnosed the problem. DO NOT RECOMMEND. BEWARE. Call someone other than Joshs plumbing if you have a leak. My waterbill is hundreds of dollars over because he couldnt take 5 minutes to repair my shower in the 4 months He had our workorder. Save yourself from the lies and excuses and shotty work. UNPROFESSIONAL. INEXPERIENCED. NOT DEPENDABLE. NEEDS TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL. He cant fix a small 5 min job, dont expect him to do a large repair!

Everything went awesome I called Josh to schedule a estimate because I felt like the other company was trying to charge me to much. Josh came out the next day and was 200.00 dollars cheaper. I even asked him about fixing a leak under my kitchen sink which he did and didn't even charge me to fix it!! His helper Charles I believe his name was also did a great job. There customer service was amazing I felt really comfortable with them in my house (the other company not so much). They are just a small business who does a great job.

Called on Sept 8(Tuesday) and Josh said he would be out to see what I had to do and give me a price the next day. It wasn't an emergency so I said OK. Wed came and went...a week came and went and haven't heard from him. I gave up and a week later on Tuesday the 15th I finally called him back and he said he forgot about me. He had to go to Windthorst that day for a job but he would swing by my house before he left and would be there about noon. Needless to say never saw him. Then I get a text on Monday the 21st saying there was a death in the family (my BS detector was on high) and 'did I ever get another plumber to handle my needs'? I texted back that I had not. You guessed it....to this day haven't heard from him. I guess he has so much to do that he does not need my business.

It went great! He was on time, was very informative and took the time to fix my problem. He only charged $60 to fix it and was in and out in no time. I would definitely recommend him to everyone!

Everything went as expected, and on time. I cannot believe his personal dedication to his business, and to all of my concerns.

I believe it was the owner of the company who came out him and a helper. I called him over the weekend to set up a appointment for the next week. They were on time which is a huge factor for me and this is totally not relevant but he took time to pet my dog. I'm not the type of person to write a review on someone but he's a new business and I want to make sure they stay around I strongly recommend josh and his crew .
