I called in the service request about noon on Feb 26, 2014 and the company dispatched a service crew that arrived about 2pm. After looking at the well, the technician performed a temporary fix that restored water immediately. I received a call early the next day to tell me what they had found and to offer suggestions on repair options. The person I spoke with (Chad) explained the costs of the various options as well a suggest the most likely and least expensive course of action. I gave my approval and within about an hour, the service crew arrived and first thing they set up a water tank and pump to provide water to my house while the well was being repaired. They then "pulled" the pump and pipe from the well and put acid crystals and dry ice into the well to open up the fissures in the limestone that the water flows through. The acid has to stay in the well for 48 hours minimum. They put several hundred gallons of water into the well to force the acid out of the well casing and into the limestone. The next day, they came back and put more water and dry ice into the well to further circulate the acid in the limestone. With the weekend coming, they provided not only a refill on the temporary water supply tank but parked a truck with an additional 1000 gallons of water in case I ran short over the weekend. On Monday (after a freezing night) they came out and reinstalled the well pump and automated controls that would prevent damage to my pump should the same thing happen in the future and also a pressure bypass to prevent damage to the well in the event of a frozen pipe, The service men kept me informed on what they were doing and why they were doing it. Once the pump was re-installed in the well, it was run dumping the water onto the ground. This was run for quite some time to clean out the well as well as demonstrate that the problem had been fixed. The area was cleaned up and restored back to how they had found it. A very pleasant transaction and I recommend this company....
