I gutted the house, I was in the process of putting it back together, so they had to rerun all of the vents. They had to put vents in the sheet rock. They were very good. Very good on price, very good on punctuality. I thought it was a very fair price. They were punctual. They came when they said they were going to come. They did the work. They explained to me what they were doing. They engaged me in some decision making in terms of where things had to go and what I was going to do. They were just very customer oriented. Nothing could have been done better.

On one of the hottest days of summer, last summer, some gizmo on my heat pump went out and they came over within 30 minutes and repaired it very fast. The man who works with me, his name is Ty and he is an absolute wonderful man, they do really really good work. They are very honorable and just very honest. I have used them many times. They charged me $80 for the visit and the part. What was good about their service is they came out within an hour, they replaced the part within an.hour, my air conditioning was back to work within an hour.
