concrete repair
+ -1 moreDriver was late. Delivery was approximately 1/2 yard short. Company laid all blame on me (the homeowner) and the contractor who was overseeing the project. Live Oak Materials made absolutely no effort to compensate or make the problem right. Instead of a 5" thick carport slab, I got a 4.5" slab because we had to make due with the amount Live Oak Materials chose to deliver. The dispatcher was discourteous, unapologetic, and could not have cared any less about the problem. The company never followed up with me after I had reported the problem. They just don't care !!! BUYER BEWARE !!! Live Oaks Materials will CHEAT you and, since you are forced to pay upfront for the delivery of cement, you have no recourse.
