+ -1 moreHe did an excellent job. He was very punctual and cleaned up after himself. He left absolutely no mess whatsoever. You couldn't tell he was ever in that room, besides the newly-painted walls. His price was reasonable. I'm very pleased with him. He did exactly what I asked him to do. I asked him to leave a little bit unpainted because we were going to put crown molding up, and he did. He was on time and was very professional. He came in and said, "This is what I'm going to do today." He never bothered us again. He brought everything he needed with him to do his job. I'll be using him in the future. I have three more bedrooms for him to do.
Description of Work: He painted one of our bedrooms. He painted the walls one color and the ceiling another.

Description of Work: Mr. Stugeon has done several different painting jobs for us through the years. In every case, he did an excellent job. He charged us a reasonable price on each one and we never had a complaint regarding him or his work. He painted not only our residence but a rent house as well. Because it has been several years since we last used his services, I was not able to give the approximate service date. That applies to the amount of money we spent as well.

+ 0 moreWE BUY THE PAINT AND BILL SUPPLIES THE EXPERTISE. IT JUST MAKES IT EASIER THAT WAY AND HE IS GLAD TO PASS ON ANY DISCOUNT HE GETS TO YOU AT THE PAINT STORE. NO MARK UP. YOU PICK THE COLOR......HE IS NOT A DESIGNER. BILL IS IN HIS 50S AND YOU CAN TRUST HIM ANYWHERE ANYTIME. HIS FIRST JOB WITH US WAS A LARGE HOME WE BOUGHT 3 YEARS AGO. HE PREPARED, PRIMED AND PAINTED IT IN A VERY REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. HE DID A GREAT JOB..... WE HAD PRICED SEVERAL COMPANIES AND WONDERED HOW THIS WOULD WORK OUT SINCE HE WAS SO MUCH LESS. TURNED OUT GREAT. WE USUALLY PAY HIM MORE THAN HE FIGURED IT WOULD COST.
Description of Work: WE'VE HAD SEVERAL RENT HOMES, TWO OWNER OCCUPIED DWELLINGS , GUEST HOMES, COMMERCIAL PAINTING, DECKS STAINED, AND CABINETS PAINTED . BILL PAINTS INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR WITH SUPERB SKILL AND CRAFTSMANSHIP. WE'VE NEVER HAD A DROP OF PAINT ON ANYTHING .HE CAULKS AND PREPARES FOR PAINTING MORE THAN ANYONE WE'VE EVER USED. THESE HOMES RANGE FROM 100K TO 600K HOMES. HE IS VERY PUNCTUAL, VERY HUMBLE, AND YOU GET MORE THAN YOU PAY FOR. HIS RATE IS LOW FOR WHAT YOU GET.
