+ -1 moreI can't speak highly enough of Lone Star Septic. He was at my house almost immediately. He was friendly and courteous, and knowledgeable. He showed me what was wrong, and told me how to fix it myself. He could have charged me his hourly rate, at at least a couple hours for the work he would have to do, plus sell me a new pump, but he was honest with me and told me if I was ok with getting a little dirty, I could save myself a big chunk of change. He told me what I needed to buy, and where to get it cheapest. He didn't even charge me his full service call fee to come out and diagnose the problem. I highly recommend Lone Star Septic. I will be going with them when I replace my system.
