"Mr Chambless and his staff are first rate. They installed a home humidifier and responded immediately when the system began to malfunction due to a clogged filter which was attributed to the water softener not removing enough mineral salts. One of Mr. Chambless' staff actually met with the water softener tech and got the issue resolved."
