They were prompt and courteous they did a great job and it was a problem I had been trying to solve for a long time and they were the first ones to tell me exactly what was going on with our electricity!

We were happy with the work done by Tyler (install new LED lights in two rooms), and the phone calls with the service manager, Brendan, were excellent. Our one gripe was the uncertainty of the "proposal" written up by Tyler. We failed to ask whether or not the $69 charge to come and give us an estimate would be applied to (deducted from) the final bill if we hired them. It was not. Maybe that just isn't done anymore these days. But yes, we would hire them again. Tyler was careful, and cheerful in a difficult-to-reach position. He even helped us move our heavy stuff back in place after work completion.

You get what you pay for and good folks should be paid well.
