Pricey but good deal

Very friendly employees. They were short staffed and had some scheduling issues. Had to have them come back out to fix a small issue created by the install, but they were great about getting it taken care of quickly.

Went above and beyond to get the job done. We had a lot of varied little projects (and one big one) and they tackled it all in one long day. They discovered that one outlet that was not working was wired correctly when installed by the builder. So glad they found this as it could have caused a fire. Will be having them check all of our electrical soon. Very satisfied with the project.

Two very friendly and professional young men repaired our bathroom ceiling heater/vent/light. Our area has been annexed by Austin and fixture needed to meet codes. These two young men knew exactly what to do and they thoroughly explained everything to us. We were very pleased with their work as well as their pleasant personalities. We recommend Salt and Light and appreciate that they are a trustworthy and Christian company. Thank you for service well done.

They were so professional and informative on the problems and why they occurred that I decided to sign up with them as a preferred customer. I am glad that they will available for inspection and fixing any issues I may have in the future. I would strongly recommend them as support for any electrical problems one may have. Electrical issues are critical in your home and Salt Light & Electric are friendly, informative, and very professional on their service.

For a large job, I would definately recommend them. For a small job like mine, their pricing system is flawed. Work quality was great, very knowledgable and professional. I deducted a star because they damaged some paint removing a switch cover. Brandon in customer service was very helpful.

I called Home Advisor and they connected me to Salt Electric. Ken and Tommy came to my home. Ken was amazing and so very thorough and so was Tommy. They did way above and beyond what they needed to do. I received a very thorough examination of my whole home all of its electrical outlets, output, wattage usage. Any wiring issues.. things that you would expect..But it was the way they were that will have me calling them again. They were funny and friendly and with Ken over 20 yrs. Of electrical experience. I'm a Nikola Tesla fan and was in no mood also to have someone who did not know what they were doing. I hit them up with every electrical question I could think of...and not only did they know who Nikola Tesla was they could talk about him and alternating currents. I was thoroughly impressed. I also felt safe with them. Very important in this day and age... as my home is so important to me but also the things that I have in it. And if anyone reads this review... If you have kids and value safety... these two guys are absolutely wonderful. They were professional and did not overcharge. I also had a lock on my outside electrical box and they needed to get in there. I had long since misplaced the key as owner of my home for 13 yrs. And just left that box alone. They didn't need to do this for me but they worked for at least 25 minutes getting that lock off of my electrical box. Specifically ask for Kenny and Tommy A++++

The tech (Ken) was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the details of what we needed to have done in a manor that a non electrician could understand. He took his time and walked me through the answers to every question we had. There was no pressure to use him once he bid. We liked Salt electric and Ken so much we added more to our project for them to do. They are a "would recommend to my mom" company in my book! .
