Pretty expensive and overly concerned about code and excessive "best practices". They did return in a timely manner when their best practice concern had to be moderated and changed to "practical" concern. Everything works fine and I'm confident the system is safe.

Both Ken and Jose were very professional and timely and provided outstanding customer service! Ken was patient with us and our many questions, he shared his expert knowledge throughout the process.

Ken and Jose were completely professional and pleasantly congenial. They cleaned up after their work was completed and Ken gave some very useful advice regarding some of my electrical concerns. I would undoubtedly use this company in the future.

Completely misrepresented the fees we were charged for. I was told we would be charged a $79 service call fee which would cover the cost to have a repairman come to my house and determine the problem with my lighting. After being at my house for about an hour, we were presented with a bill totaling almost $300! We were told this was a "level II diagnostic" fee! Nothing was resolved or fixed we were just charged almost $300 to be told how much more it would cost to actually fix the issues we were having. Needless to say, I will NOT be using Salt Light and Electric ever again and will take my business elsewhere. I was not told beforehand of being charged a "diagnostic fee" and was completely shocked when we were presented with the bill. I was only told of the $79 service fee. In addition, the fees they listed to fix the issues we were having were ridiculously exorbitant. $65 each to replace 8 lightbulbs in the eaves of the house! No thank you. I would not recommend this company unless you want to spend a LOT of money.

electrician was knowledgeable, efficient and did a terrific job. Please stop those ridiculous home advisor commercials on TV they are driving me crazy! It’s very annoying to see the repeated commercial of the guy that tells his friend to call a bunch of firms to do the research for finding a technician!☹️🤯🤯🤯

very prompt, very likable 2 workers. They even stayed to make sure my Ring Pro doorbell was working with the smart phone app.

Salt took extreme advantage of the hired job by upcharging charging me nearly 4x's the price for $8 T5 bulbs in addition to an $89 service fee. When I called to inquire, they explained the upcharge as a result of having a knowlegable, certified technician ready and prepared to do the job. I thought that was what the service fee was for? Apparently they need the $$$ more than I do. Never again! God provides and it's all good.

I told the office person exactly what I needed and I wanted to know the cost - he told me he did not have access to pricing other than the $89.00 for them just to get here. After they arrived they pulled out a laminated price list that gave the prices (I wonder why the office person didn't have this). I was charged an extra $129.00 to replace a $25.00 GFCI - Total cost - $218.00. I approved this amount as they were already here and I was paying the $89.00 if I had them do nothing. I felt like I was between a rock and a hard place. As a result - I would not use them again.

Crazy expensive. Bills "by the job", not by the hour. Would not give a price estimate until they arrived, then you owe an $89 service fee on top of the costs. Tried to sell me a monthly subscription. Never again.
