On time on budget....

Very professional, courteous, and prompt! Their home inspection prior to doing any work was very valuable and accurate. No pressure for additional services although if anything was found they explain it to you well.

It was nice to find out that the situation wasn't as bad as I had feared. I sleep much better knowing that the problem has been taken care of by a pro. Plan to have them back for non-crisis home improvements.

I was charged a $79 service charge plus $230 for the tech to move the 2 outdoor flood lights I had previously installed from "Test" mode to "dusk to dawn" mode. There was nothing electrical wrong. Before he began the work which he decided it was a Level 2 job, I had to sigh agreeing to the work and price of the Level 2. Based on his description of all that he was going to do I assumed Level 2 was correct. He also talked me into signing up for a Safety & Savings Program for $9.95 a month. If I did he would deduct the $79.00 service charge. He didn't do it! He lied to me. To say it is OUTRAGEOUS is not enough to describe charging $309.00 to change 2 floodlights from Test Mode to Dusk to Dawn Mode. Beware of Salt Light and Electric's methods of operation.

The team gave me excellent advice and super courteous.

The only thing that was a little funny, is we kept finding old plate screws on the floor afterwards. Other than that everything went without a hitch.

They were very thorough in explaining what they were going to do and explaining the costs beforehand. Were on-time for the appointment, and did excellent work. I highly recommend them.

Salt folks arrived on time, provided a solution for my garage lighting problem, and installed whole house surge protection at an acceptable price. Good quality and efficient service.

Ken quickly identified and resolved the problems with a shorting outdoor electrical circuit. The repairs were neat and thorough.

Super nice and responsive. Company rates are high for level of work. The front office was constantly calling and I felt they were rushed.

nothing against the guys that arrived at the house, they were on time, polite, quick to work, and got the job done well. I guess i'm just not used to working with a company that charges a fee to come out and another to look at the situation. i was out over $300 before the first 'work' started. Had 2 outlets replaced for 1/3 of that last fall. would have went back to him, but he's not on homeadvisor any longer for some reason (app said he was off, but not why)

All great work, nice folks, knew what they were doing. Pricing was clear and in a book which I liked. I did forget how expensive electrical work was, but it was comparable to others in pricing.
