I did not like the way they up sold me continuously. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. They should start with what the customer needs not over sell him on what he doesn't need.

They changed a light 25 feet up. Completed quickly and on time. Their bulb was a bit expensive. The total price was ok.

They have good customer service with follow up prior to work. They showed up on time. They did the work professionally. The main issue is price. All you know before they arrive is the $79 call out fee. When the electrician arrived he gives you a price for the job on the spot and you have to make a decision yes or no to proceed. You're already on hook for $79. He has a book with various tasks with set prices. The lowest I saw was $149 for a switch install. They also have a diagnostic fee based on age of house if you have a job that is not straightforward, such as determining why a light does not work. Use the coupon on there website to get some reduction.
