Technician was very good and courteous. Company is VERY expensive and will nott give estimates of cost of services prior to coming out. Says trucks are fully stocked and the are not.

Professional !!

The dryer was't working and the appliance repairman told me that it was the outlet. I'd had the electrician out and was told that it wasnt the outlet. The appliance man had the outlet fixed. Salt Light refunded my money. Turns out, I had a mouse problem behind the washer/dryer. i.e. urine and feces which the young electrician may have preferred not to deal with. The mice had eaten through the dryer vent hose.

Angel and Seth were very professional and friendly. Having purchased an older home, a lot of the outlets and switches need replacing. Joined their safety and savings plan which I know will come in handy for future problems that may occur.

Interesting business model. They charge by job, not hour and provide work order estimate with 3 scenarios based on a full house electrical inspection, included in 1-time service charge ($79). Customer service (Kaylin) was spot-on and delivered everything as promised, including a bio of who would be arriving at my door and kept me updated with time of arrival. Arrival was on time. Aaron was exceptionally polite, gave clear explanations and was respectful of my home and needs. I highly recommend SALT and will definitely use their services again.

The company was great. They helped us greatly in a time of need. It did end up costing almost $900.00 to replace a breaker that we told them was broke. It took 15 min to diagnose with no special equipment and then 20 min to replace the part. The part would have costed us $38 at Home Depot. Again, the service was great, the people were great, the company charges too much.

They were professional but very expensive compared to competitors. Normally I wouldn’t mind if the finished work justified it. It did not.

Angel was the electrician that came out to replace my light fixture. He was knowledgeable, courteous, & professional. I would us Salt again.
