Seth showed up right on time. He listened to what I had to saFor some reasony about my electrical problems. He then proceeded to make the repairs. Then he ran into a problem. For some reason, a GFI kept popping every time power was applied. After nearly 3 hours he called his boss, it was decieded that they would come back the next day with new GFI and some help. Over all, I was very pleased with the work. Seth was very appologetic about not being able to fix the problem., Like I told him, "Some days **** just happens".

A pleasant surprise was that Travis went through a checklist and pointed out two significant issues with our home wiring. One was the grounding that doesn't meet current code. The other was a suggestion to add whole-home surge protector. While he was here, he replaced our smoke alarms with the 10-year variety and put in a new dimmer switch for our master bedroom light. We could not be more pleased.

Zac McDonald, the electrician, was terrific. After analyzing the four electrical projects (and later dealing with a fifth I'd forgotten), he carefully explained what they would do, how they would do it and how much it would cost. I appreciate that they don't charge by the hour but by the project, determined in advance of starting work. I also appreciated the option of becoming a "member" of Salt Light & Electric so more projects, which I will have, will also receive discount on the work performed. I am impressed with this company.

Customer service was excellent in handling our call. The electricians, Angel and Austin were professional, courteous, and conscientious and efficient. Couldn't ask for better service!

Seth was awesome! He explained everything he was going to do, worked really professionally and kept us updated throughout the entire project.

I needed a light switch to my ceiling fan fixed because it was not functioning properly. I do t mess with electrical outlets so I wanted the job done properly. The guys who came out were very polite and professional. They did a full inspection and gave me a range of options. The options were quite a bit more than I was expecting for what seemed to be a minor issue. I ll keep this in mind if I need an electrician in the future. Great company...but really pricey.

Salt Light and Electric handled my situation with ease and comfort. The techs were incredibly kind and so helpful. However, the pricing was a bit steep. BUT, the customer is truly the center of this companys strategy and it was so appreciated.

Called on a Friday, was able to get appt on Monday. Electrician was friendly yet very professional. He diagnosed my 2 issues quickly and made the necessary repairs. Very impressed with this company

Sliding this Lighting Company charges twice as much as anybody else also they push buying a home protection plan as soon as they walk in the front door theyre ripoff

Quality work and employees!

James and Chris very pleasant. Did their jobs properly, then spent time on the house survey.

Had them come out and check/repair some outside security lighting. The young man that came out, Terrence, was very knowledgeable and very professional. All the work was done in one visit. Seemed a little pricey for the work that was done, but a good experience overall.

After 8 of my outlets in my 4 year old home stopped working, I hired Salt L&E. They were on time, very professional and explained to me what was happening, why it happened, what NEEDED to be fixed and what I could ADD to help reduce the problem again. Knowing they are licensed - not all are here in Texas - gave me piece of mind.

Two electricians came out. They explained everything to me and gave suggestions without any pressure. I chose what to have repaired/replaced now and what to save for later. I am not sure on pricing as this is the first time I've had this issue. I will call them again for any future problems.

They were friendly, fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. They did and excellent job.
