Friendly and knowledgeable. They came in, inspected my entire house for free, reviewed the area of installation, made several recommendations and finally completed installation. At the end, the cleaned up and vacuumed my living room. Excellent service, will highly recommend.

Provider has a fixed cost structure already in place based on the foreseen level of difficulty and time required. Estimate is based on this with no regard to the actual time required to do the job. Fixed price structure with emphasis on a yearly membership fee to get a **discount** I prefer to pay an hourly rate based on a reasonable estimate. Seems more fair to both parties. The Company will not provide an estimate over the phone. Tech must come out for a service call to give an estimate. If you do not select them to do the job, then you have to pay for the service call. You have to pay them to provide an estimate. Once they are at your home, you have already invested on the service call and your time off work. It only makes sense to do the work, even if you feel it is over priced. Guys worked hard and completed the task, but price seemed exorbitant. Finished the work in half the time that they had estimated. Will not use again because of the price structure.
